The fried pickles were so hot it melted through the Styrofoam container, then the chicken sandwich was 4 rubbery chicken tenders between soggy toast. I mean chicken fil a is down the street so how this place is still in business is wild to me.

Chicken tenders have an off taste too much spice or old grease can’t tell which. French fries have a bad after taste. My first and last visit to this establishment. Good Luck - bad food for a restaurant usually does not end in success.

Love Zaxby's. To me, the sandwich is better than Chic Fil A. The service at this particular location, not great. I believe the cashier was high.

Disclaimer: New Yorker visiting , we don't have a Zaxby's by us, a bit of Bias, we love Zaxby's. Franchise Standards on point, clean and everything is still fairly new. Cashier Service: friendly, we came here twice and were greeted in a friendly manner both times Food quality: serviced accurately and efficiently, two different times. Location: solid 20 minutes from Beach, but not a bad drive and plenty of parking when you arrive. I got up several times for condiments several times and didn't get a snotty or upset experience. The Sweet tea is one of Zaxby's niches, They had two sweet tea dispensers. One really sweet, the other not as sweet. This site is bookmarked in My Google Maps, as I plan to come back.

Pull up to drive through, I can hear people laughing and giggling as I’m trying to place an order, mid order someone else comes on and I need to start over. Get to the window and she can’t figure out how to take payment. Then she says it’ll be a bit and says all “them” are waiting as she points to 6 cars in the parking lot. No thanks

This place is an absolute clown show.
When it opened, it started out professional and the food was always right but now the idiots who work here go out of their way to screw up your food just to get a laugh.
The management(at least for the morning) seems to be complicit and encouraging this behavior. This place needs a root canal, a full cleaning, bad, I am almost turned off Zaxbys for good.
They close early.
