The POKE is good, their style is amazing and I Will definitely be back, it's away from the boardwalk and I think that's best to keep the riff Raff away from an amazing locals spot.

First visit here. My first impression is that the food was over hyped in the reviews. I thought I'd start safe and get an O.G. Poke bowl with white rice. It was a decent sized bowl with some nice little chunks of tuna. The top of the bowl was great but by the time I got to the bottom it was a soy sauce drenched mess. I couldn't finish it because it was just too salty. I even poured some of the sauce out but the tuna and rice had already absorbed so much of it.
I got my daughter an acai bowl and she had a hard time finishing it. I thought maybe she is just full but I had a bite and it was so bland and watery. She forgot to order hers without granola so I got a second bowl without it. The one without granola was really bad. That acai has zero flavor. I mean please blend a banana in or something. The one with the granola I ended up eating but there is just a ton of granola! Fair warning that you will get granola in EVERY bite. That one was slightly better. A thicker, blended (they did have acai and peanut butter but another option would have been ideal) acai base would have been nice.
The service was ok. Host was nice enough and the food didn't take too long. I visited while they were pretty empty so we opted to dine in.
Overall, I probably won't visit again unless someone I know convinces me that I should give it another try or has a recommendation. I'm sure there are good menu options and the community seems to love it enough to go back but I'd rather spend my money at other places in the area.

Madison's Princess açaí bowl was delicious. Peanut butter cup smoothie was pretty solid. Very good service. Good hipster music playing.
The spicy poke was AMAZING! Best poke I have had outside of Hawaii. Definitely coming back for it!!

Was over in VA Beach and needed a quick and healthy option for lunch - we chose Zeke's. So glad we did! The food was AMAZING! WE HIGHLY recommend getting the Strawberry Watermelon Pineapple Fresh Juice! It was so refreshing. The food was quickly prepared and the service was so friendly. We definitely will hit Zeke's up again when we come over to VA Beach!

Got the chicken teriyaki rice bowl..not much chicken at all. Very nice flavors though but more rice than anything. My daughter liked her acai bowl (granola very good but the acai base, just average) Atmosphere needs some work . Has much potential but obvious that no one has really put any time into it. Wouldn't really need much..someone with an eye could add some wood on the walls for warmth and some beachy items and art. Service was slow. Signs do say they are hiring so that may be the issue. Would choose another place the next time back because of all the above.
