They can't or won't read instructions. I tried them one more time after they made wrong food for me on the last three occasions now and this is the last penny they will ever get from me.... When someone requests a special order you should have the common courtesy to contact them and tell them that you don't do special orders. They only chance you have is to order in person every time so you can look into their eyes and see that they are actually listening and make them repeat your order or its gonna be wrong... Trust me, 4 straight orders they fumbled is not a coincidence... It's their standard.

I ordered 3 Philly chicken subs yesterday for my family via call in order. The person who took my order was exceptional in active listening and making sure the order was made to perfection. He was very professional and polite and made sure everything was perfect. Some of my past experiences weren’t that great with pickup orders but this one was THE BEST!. The subs were all made correctly and tasted so damn good. I couldn’t wait to call and give them my positive feedback. I was told it was Kevin & Sug that made my experience the best! Thank you to the both of you for being great at customer service and great cooks ♥️

I went in for lunch today (April 22) and the atmosphere was so positive and everyone behind the counter was super friendly and fun. You could tell everyone got along well. I had never been to this location before but many people came in and were treated like old friends, which was great to see. The food was also great, as per usual. The whole experience put a smile on my face :)

i have been eatin at Zero's since i was a kid, and have tried a lot of locations over the years, even though they all have the same menu same food some are just better than others. with that being said its what brought me to this location. i kept hearing that this location was better because of the old oven that been in use for decades, so i finally tried them out the other day. When i walked in it instantly took me back in time, and when i saw that oven i knew i was in the right place. the customer service was good the people working were friendly. i ordered my usual a grinder with hot and sweet peppers extra got peppers on the side. The grinder was toasted to perfection that taste from childhood i really enjoyed it because u can't get that with a subway, jersey mikes, etc. hell some of those places wont even toast your sub. so i keep it local to the places i grew up on Zero's, Mr. Jims can't go wrong. but this particular Zero's is now my go to Zero's for my grinders, gotta get a philly next time.
The inside could use remodeling, however it is very clean. The food and staff are amazing!!

I've been going to Zero's for years for their subs BUT just a few weeks ago, I ordered a pizza. Omgee!! I had a small pepperoni pizza that had layers upon layers of warm melted cheese, over well seasoned sauce (thank goodness!) all on a perfectly cooked hin, crispy crust. Sorry. No pics. I ate it too fast?
There food gave me food poising, there customer service is very ghetto...also the atmosphere is very just old an rusty. This place been giving out sour food since I've been going they are always loosing receipts, giving out wrong orders. I don't recommend this place to no one at all
