Recently, I paid over $30 for two, toasted subs to go. Normally for a Grinder and a Grub steak sub, it comes toasted and hot. When I got home, both subs were untoasted and the meat and cheese were cold. Unexceptionable service...never again!

My daughters had ballet and dance class tonight in the Courthouse shopping center on September 25th 2023. We decided to go to Zero's after to pick up some subs at around 6:15 PM. When we got there, my youngest, who is three years old, ran up to her older sister in her tap shoes because she was excited to see her and gave her a hug and ran back to her seat. There was only one other couple in there at the time. The older lady behind the counter yelled, "Hey!!!! No running!!!!" at my three year old. I said, "Excuse me?" She said the same thing. I then asked her why she was yelling. She said if you're not going to parent her I will. I told her she's only three years old and for her to say something to me if there's a problem and not yell at my children. She continued to yell at me and mock me in my responses. I'm seeing red at this point and think I blacked the rest of it out but I did find out that her name is Mary. I told her I wouldn't be coming back to this place, and my advice is to stay away!

Ambiance wise, it's your basic sub shop, vinyl booths, and high-top tables, soda machine, and a counter where you can see your food being made. Service wise its fantastic. They greet you when you arrive, take your order quickly, and even get your name to call when your order is ready. The subs are fantastic! I got the chicken Philly, perfectly cooked chicken, melted white American cheese, and caramelized onions on a toasted sub roll. *chefs kiss*

I have known the 46 year old Zeros legacy for a long time. The oceanfront location on 17th is the best one in the area, by far. They remember me by name and the customer service cant be beat. Eat here.

We frequently eat at this Zeros location, tonight the subs were extra tasty! Thank you for a delicious dinner!

Food was pretty good but overall service was very unsettling. The man at the register was very nice, but the cook with the ponytail was extremely rude to me and my teammate. He carried us as if we were not customers simply people he just had to serve and didn't want to, making his attitude towards us obvious.

Nice people and all, but wasted almost all of my lunch break just waiting on my food. I won't be coming back.

I always come on my lunch break since I work across the street. They are always so quick and very friendly. And the food is amazing! They put love into their sandwiches and are probably one of the best locations

I really hate to leave a negative review, because I really love the subs, but management needs a wake up call. I placed on online order with specific parameters (I removed a topping because of allergies). I picked it up (after waiting, despite placing an online order to avoid waiting) and got it back to my office. Well, lo and behold, the forbidden topping is on the sandwich. I called the store and requested a solution. Zero's explained that I have to return the sandwich to get a refund/remade sandwich that I can't eat because of an allergy. I get it. I'm sure people try to scam restaurants. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem BUT..... I've used my lunch break so I can't go back today to get my sub remade and there is no refrigeration for me to keep it overnight and take it back tomorrow. So my options are (through Rachel from her manager Carrie) 1. let it sit out overnight in my office and bring it back tomorrow (nope) or 2. absorb the cost of Zero's mistake DESPITE respectfully requesting another solution. Rachel helpfully offered to bring a new order over to my work, but I'm not within walking distance.I get the reluctance to refund/replace without proof I didn't eat the sub, but there has to be some workaround to this. You're holding my money (and lunch) hostage because of your mistake and my inability to travel back to your location for you to fix it.

Great place. And they have pellet ice for the drinks.
