Couldn’t get served waited at counter for 7 min no one took my order. Left without dinning. Be helpful to have the tablets like other zeros locations do to put order in yourself.

No answer on a call-in order so I just showed up. Maybe they're busy. Walked in; not busy. Ashley greets me at the counter as I approach. Order my two subs and her bubbly customer service has me paying with a smile. The other worker, apparently on break, joins Ashley and my sandwiches are ready in minutes. My complaint that I will point out next time is that the philly meat was not pulled to the ends of the roll. Who wants a final bite of bread? For a visit that had a recipe for disaster, Ashley had me enjoying my meal in short order.

Just ate here today couple mins ago. Fantastic meal, so much more flavorful than Subway. Quick and very nice service, very friendly shop and staff. Highly recommend checking it out, especially their meatball sub.

Place wouldn’t be so bad if they opened up when the signs says they’d be open. Thats 5 times now they weren’t open. I’m pretty much down with this location.

My sub was not made like I asked. I have absolutely no lettuce, the condiments I asked for are not with the sub. I placed an order with 2 subs and BOTH of them BARELY have anything on them. 22.00 almost and this is what I'm served. I will NEVER return to thus location. Ontop of when I asked for a menu to see what was on the subs there was not one available for me to make an accurate choice. I would have gone back and returned these if I don't live 30min away from this location.

I will never go to this Zeros again...only put ham on my grinder...I took maybe 4 bites before I realized it was not the Zeros grinder I know & love...they could have cared less when asked them why the other ingredients were missing & accused me of eating the missing meats in the 4 bites I took... didn't even eat half my sandwich & wouldn't give me a refund or try to fix it...this location sucks & was also dirty. No wonder they had no business...go to the Oceanfront location

I don’t know when the zeros changed management but ever since then the food quality has gone down.Just a Grinder and I swear it was disgusting. It tasted like all it had was lettuce and onion. I didn’t see any cheese or tomato. I’m done with the store.
