Food was really great. The guy who helped us out had a great energy in a vibe. The bathroom was a little confusing because it's a little exposed or outside?

This bums me to do but the past 2 times I came here it was bad experiences. Last time my order was wrong (they forgot all of the add ons that I paid extra for on my sub). This time I ordered and when I arrived to pick up my food they told me their credit card machine was down. They said they were working on it and told me I could run to the Food Lion to get cash to pay now (as my food was already made). I told them I wasn't going to do that and asked if they thought it would be back up and they said maybe 5-10 minutes because they were on the phone about it now. Waited for about 15 min and had to ask about it and they said it wasn't going to come back up. They could have at least told me after 10 min instead of letting me sit there. So wasted my time and left with no food.

THE BEST ZERO'S IN THE WHOLE 757 AREA, FOOD TASTE JUST LIKE THE PICTURE. I TRAVEL 15-20 MINS TO GET THIS GREAT EXPERIENCE. KEEP IT UP . IT'S VERY LAID BACK, AND THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, N KIND.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I went up here on a hot hot day just for their machine to read “501 code error” or whatever and couldn’t even buy my food. I didn’t have enough in cash to pay for my full order so I just left. Terrible terrible the worst visit to zeros I’ve had and may not go back for a while.

Nowhere did I see a notice about a service fee. Enjoy that 32 cents, because I won't be returning.

I like the grinder and the grub steak sub, but for the price they charge they don't put very much meat on them.

You're greedy, unnecessary service fee is 100 percent the reason you didn't get my business today. Imagine losing money because you want an embarrassing extra $2. Whoever told your company that was a good idea wants you to fail.

This was my first tirme buying food at this location. I hadn't been to a Zero's in a good many years because they moved from my neighborhood. I was meeting a friend there to take food to another friend's home nearby. The person i was with placed her order for 2 sub combos and I placed my order right afterwards at 11:29 a.m. on October 18. She got her order quickly. I waited 17 minutes for my simple order of a plain cheese steak with only crushed peppers and light on the oil. Granted other folks started trickling in to place orders. Two days later I sent a message to that establishment and have not yet received a response. I also sent a message to the corporate location in Chesapeake on Tuesday and Thursday and no response. I can say that the sub was tasty and I was looking forward to visiting another location in the future; however this soured me for any future contact with any Zero's Through the years before they relocated from my neighborhood, my husband would always surprise me with a sub from Zero's. I guess customer service for those working minimum wage or less is not a priority.

Pizza is pretty good. But they never answer their phone when you need to order.

These people play a game with the military discount. You either have a military discount which means Veterans included or you don't have any at all. Giving a discount to service members in uniform isn't honoring ALL service. I just talked to a worker that was proud to say no military discount and tried to speak for the owner. These businesses shouldn't benefit from military business at all.

Stop calling your Philly cheesesteak a Philly cheesesteak because it's not... I got a large Philly cheesesteak yesterday 7/17, and it was horrible, the meat was not chopped right, it was a cheap American white cheese on it, the sandwich was not filled up inside from end to end of the bread, and they toasted the bread too hard. Philly on toasted bread. It's more like a steak and cheese what damn near burnt bread. I'm from Philly and you're insulting my city that I grew up in with your soul called Philly cheesesteak. I suggest that the company go to Philly and get some education on how to make a real Philly cheesesteak.

I wanted this grinder for a month, but when I got it, it was dry and didn't have the extra onion that I asked for. I was disappointed.

Ordered a grub steak and cheese with the lettuce on the side, no onion or tomatoes, and my mom had the ham and cheese. This is the worst sandwhich I have ever received from any Zeros location. There is barely any meat on my Grub steak sub. The meat was never even chopped up, it is two thin little patties that just look gross sitting on bread. Not even enough meat to call this a sub. Money wasted.
