Zero's Subs Hilltop

I’m a fan of zeros since Iv moved here but this zeros is absolutely terrible and a waste of money. My sub wasn’t cooked all the way( I got the meatball) the pickle I got on the size was rotten, and my Fiance’s sub wasn’t cooked all the way. Honestly such a waste of money. Won’t be going back

The cashier was great the sandwhich was ok. It was the pleasantness of the cashier.

Some tasty subs from a literal hole in the wall. This restaurant seems like a throwback from the 90s in a 21st century area.

I’ve been coming to this Zero’s for a YEARS. I pass 2 other Zero’s to come here. I just called to place a pickup order. It took me 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. And when he did complete silence and I had to say “Hello?” he said “HELLO CAN I HELP YOU”, and I’ll quote “this is the same number that has called me 7 times the last five minutes”. I’m sorry. This is a business right? Isn’t his job to take orders? And I didn’t get a word in before he said that. Didn’t complain. Didn’t mention I’ve been trying to reach them for 30 minutes. I politely told him I would order from another Zeros. GET RID OF THIS GUY. He will single handily drive your business in the dirt. I will no longer use this Zeros. 03/22/2025 approximately 6:15.

Do not waste your time here !! Horrible food ! Hardly no topping nor chicken nor cheese on my Philly Chicken sub. Cheese fries were very soggy and tasted like 'old grease' in flavor. No taste of cheese hardly. They do not even sell Diet drinks of any kind; only Pepsi Zero which is absolute horrible ?. I will not be back here ever again ?

So I'm a fan of Zero's but unfortunately not all of them cook the same nor prepare their sandwiches with FRESH ingredients. First of all I called to make sure lettuce, tomato and onion come on the sandwich without having to put in notes you want it. The First guy who answered couldn't give the phone fast enough to someone else to answer my inquiry. First RED FLAG! The store then calls and says they are out of cucumbers at 12 noon. Ok now I'm thinking ? maybe I should cancel. Then, I get the ? and the tomatoes don't look edible and the subs look as if just thrown together. Bacon doesn't look cooked! I ended up calling to ask if they heat up the veggies while roasting the sandwich. I get "Yes, we heat up everything and give lots of onions, tomatoes and etc.!" What???? Not what I got. Not anything compared to the Zero's on the strip. Horrible food, although the manager was very apologetic. I let him know that it was not edible and I would not be eating it! He wasn't rude but the preparation of food needs a dramatic change! What I got looks nothing like the picture.

Ordered grinder no lettuce extra onion I got meat and cheese . Very disappointed. When I called he wanted to argue with me about the tomatoes that weren't on it . Very sad to be reduced to arguing over food . He didn't even to try to make things right . I guess I'll drive the extra mile to go to different zeros .

Called at 8:30 pm to get one Sub. Was told when I asked to order that “Mama we close at 9 pm” I don’t think asking for an order 30 minutes before close is unreasonable for one sub. I have been going to Zeros since before this location moved from Off Laskin Road. Over 30 years. Love them and love the food. Please work on customer service.

Zeros on Holland road has closed, they had the best grinder, until now!! Zeros on
First Colonial road now has the best Grinder in the area!! These guys know what they are doing!! Best sub in the state!!!
