Food was fantastic same as it was 35 years ago. When I first came to this local restaurant chain period the service also really good. The one guy work in the place, it was very personable, I'm wanting to please.

Love the food when they actually get it right, I order from here all the time and they only get my order right pretty much 4/10 times. It’s not complicated either just roast beef cheese and mayo. And when ever I try and call back to see if they can fix it the phone is out of service, so either the employees are pulling the phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer calls, or they loose power whenever the mess up an order. Very unhappy

I got a mean for $16.16 today haven't been to Zeros in years and they gave me a big brown bag for this amount of fries ? ?Kid-friendliness: One person working he was friendly.Parking: Front and back parking.

We ordered 2 subs last night before closing. Upon getting home, they had none of the toppings we ordered and paid extra for. Since they were closed, I called today. The manager was extremely rude and told us because we didn’t bring them back last night ( they were closed), there was nothing he would do for me. I explained we ate the subs since there’s no sense on wasting food, but we didn’t get what we ordered and paid extra for. He stated we shouldn’t have ate them and we should have brought them back today then. I’m so confused. So we shouldn’t have eaten dinner last night over a few missing sub toppings? That makes no sense! I would just like a refund for what we paid for and didn’t get. The fact the manager was so disgustingly rude and kept hanging up on me. AVOID THIS PLACE! This manager should be ashamed of himself.*Editing due to restaurant response. There was no miscommunication. Manager, Gustavo, only reached out via email once I contacted corporate. Corp apologized for his behavior and told him to reach out to me. He only offered to make it right after he was forced to.
