I've been looking for a good steak and cheese spot since I moved to the area. Its my favorite food so I'm kinda particular about the taste and appearance. This one didn't disappoint. I ordered a half and it was really good size, at least a 8inch sub.I always order extra meat and cheese and it was a hefty portion. The cheese was melted into the meat perfectly . The bread was toasted nicely with a slight crisp.When you bite into hot you get the good juice that leaks from it from being so fresh. First bite you'll see why it's soooo good. I also ordered some fries. The seasoning was spicy like Cajun seasoning almost a it was really good. They are straight cut fries and has some type of white stuff in the bag with them. (Could be parmesan, feta or some type of cheese. I'm not sure)Only complaint.... The banana peppers however had some stems and when I ate some of it you could feel the hard pieces. I love have them on my subs and cooked in so I was kinda disappointed I had to pick alot of them off.So I have to say overall a 9.5/10So definitely check it out!!Parking: In a small shopping center but adequate parking if area isnt busy.Kid-friendliness: Yes, it has tables and chairs and an open floor plan. Not sure about high chairs or anything. It definitely has lots of choices of food for them.
And I'm back again! Great service as always the cooks are funny and the food is great!! I got the gyro and fries with 8 piece mild wings. This place can't miss!

I’m a repeat customer usually always good! This time was a no and i won’t come back after this ! Bread so soggy they forgot something on my sub came back to my car asked for sub back then added whatever they forgot! Man didn’t change his gloves after touching dirty door before adding whatever they forgot! Ate two bites and my stomach is not happy very sad because i really liked this zeros the staff is great but wow disappointed

Zeros has one of the best subs bar none.THE GRINDER and this location does it right and they have great customer service.Now that I’m working just down the street, it makes me happy!

So impressed with the space, staff and overall atmosphere. The Premium American Sub is delicious (minus the cheese for me..ijs). Definitely my new spot for a freshly prepared sub. Try it out. No regrets.
Wingz was horrible ! I order hot! There was no sauce and they were not hot! I would like a refund.

Hampton Roads is my home, where I grew up and where I became and adult. I moved away 18 years ago, but still crave a great Zero's sub. Over the years I have come back to visit, and have gone back to try and recapture that magical sub, but every time I have been disappointed... until tonight. It's been a year since I last tried, and tonight I tried again. The Zero's subs on Northampton Blvd - they did it. They gave me the PERFECT sub, not only did it meet all of my childhood and young adulthood memories, it exceeded them. Thank you! I am full and happy and now I know which location to go to in order to get the best damn sub I have ever had in my life. Hand to god, I am being dead serious.
