Pasta is amazing. Alfredo sauce, though already melted. Just melts again in your mouth. Absolutely love it!

The food was excellent. The service was slow but it was very busy on a Saturday evening. The noise level was loud and we could nearly hear each other at the same table but that may have been due to the service being at capacity. It might be less noisy on a weekday evening?

We were celebrating a special anniversary, and it's been sixteen years since we've been going to Zia Marie's, a few years since they've relocated. Their food, service, and staff were nothing short of amazing!!! It's a locals' best kept secret! Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent food again. Our table tried 4 different types of pasta dishes, and the flavors were fantastic. The Marsala spaghetti was a bit dried out (maybe sat under a heat lamp?) but the dish itself was spot on. Service was OK, but the place was very busy, so it really wasn't a big deal. We got a couple desserts to go, and they too were just OK. The stars of the night were the entrees, which is why we go there!

If you're looking for fine italian dining, look elsewhere. This is basically an upscale pizza hut. First clue was the hostess in Jeans, 2nd, the waitstaff showing belly, back and cleavage. As for the food. The greek salad was good. The wait (on the dishwasher pre the waitress) for water was a bit much, as was the wait for a glass of wine, and the table bread. The actual meal, chicken marsala and chicken parm, one was a mess and the other looked like it sat under a broiler long enough for the chicken to dry out to something akin to sawdust. When the waitress saw how little we eat, she offered up boxes, when we emphatically declined, she chose not to go down that path of satisfaction. we asked for a bill, she brought it, i placed a credit card on the cover and she wandered off again, sans bill and credit card. Another 10 minute wait for her return so we could pay and leave. Never again.

I finally went to Zia Marie's after they have had their newer location for over a year. My girlfriend and I decided to go for Valentines Day. We had a great table next to the fireplace. Our server was friendly and professional. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. The food was very good. We will be back !!

Food here is consistently excellent. The antipasta appetizer was just outstanding and really could have been our whole meal. The only reasons I'm not giving 5 stars is because I preferred the old location to this one - it was smaller, homier, quieter. I think the new location (because it's bigger) is incredibly loud and doesn't have that nice "feel" the other one did. I love that they put fireplaces in b/c this does help the ambience a lot. We were there on Valentine's Day so it was packed with people (but they managed us extremely well!) so this contributed to the noise I"m sure

Service was ok but forgot plates and didn't ask us if we wanted anything other than water. Portobello mushrooms were horrible as was the egg plant parmesan. Tiramisù was worse than something off the shelf at food lion. 140 for 4 people with out drinks is outrageous.

Food and atmosphere were really good. Service was so-so. Server took our order, but rarely came back to see if we needed anything. We actually ran out of water before she checked on us. When she asked about dessert, my wife asked for cheesecake, and the server started to walk away before I had a chance to place my order. Then she delivered the check, and while we were still eating dessert, she breezed by the table and started to pick up the portfolio, asking if the bill was ready to go as she walked by. I told her no, that we were still eating our dessert! All in all, the meal was fine, atmosphere was enjoyable, but the service was inattentive and at times felt like we were being rushed to finish. This was despite only a couple of other tables being occupied!

Great as always. I've been to a couple of the new "fancier" Italian restaurants lately and, let's say, I'm back where i beyond! Nothing fancy, nothing "put on", just great food in a relaxed atmosphere. Just as they have served for over a quarter century. The ONLY negative is that the place can get noisy sometimes. Oh well, ignore it and enjoy the food.

Aside from the same unbearable noise, the old location was hands-down infinitely better than this one. We dined here twice in the past year and delayed writing our review until now, in case last year's experience happened to be an anomaly. Reservation desk/staff - 5 - friendly, very efficient Waiting area - 1 - dingy, dirty, not bussed Ambience - 1 - can't hear anything except the din of loud talking and bustle; cheap metal “silverware” that bends under slight pressure Wait staff - 1 - poorly trained or apathetic, who serves calamari for 3 and a shared dinner salad without serving utensils? Bussing - 1 - who doesn't clear empty appetizer and salad plates before serving the main course at a smallish table Food - 1 - very bland marinara (for calamari that was also bland), tasteless eggplant Parmesan and stuffed eggplant; side dish spaghetti and veal piccata slightly better; but salad was swimming in very sour vinegar And no, we will not return for another chance at a ruined evening.

My best wand I went a few weeks ago and I loved it. Decided to take other friends of mine, and they loved it as well. AMAZING! Shrimp a la vodka, service, ambiance, everything....WHOA!
