Zoës is the most distinctive dining experience you can have in Virginia Beach. From the Valet, to the Hostess, to our specific Waiter and other Servers, everyone was so welcoming and courteous from your arrival and throughout the service. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, traditional warm inviting ambiance that lets you know immediately you're in Zoës. The Ginger Chicken Potstickers and the Crispy Shitake & Herb Arancini (Italian Rice Balls) appetizers were delicious....

since they wouldn’t allow Open Table reservation for 1, I called the restaurant. I asked if they’d accommodate a table for 1 as I didn’t feel like eating at the bar.
