Zaas was pretty good pizza, I would say the brick-oven crust was the best part.
As we sample different pizzas in the area, we will continue to rate them and pick our favorite.

In town for a conference and this place happens to be near my hotel. Lots of creative pies on the menu. My food and service from Jenna was so good the first night I came back my second night. First night was a paneer tiki masala pizza. Just the right amount of spice. Crust was the perfect char. My cocktail was excellent. Night two. Baked potatoe pizza. Again right on point and Jennas cocktail was excellent. If you are staying on the boardwalk definitely give it a try.

We just popped in for happy hour with our granddaughters and the service was wonderful! Tiara listened to everything our granddaughters rattled off. And as anyone knows girls can talk! So Tiara thank you so much for your beautiful face and wonderful smile ? We really and truly appreciate YOU!!!

I was in town from Florida attending the Moca Art festival on the boardwalk. We are out in the sun all fay for three days. I went in to the restaurant to order a pizza for a bunch of us . The girl working in the restaurant should be fired. Her attitude was so awful it was stunning. There was nobody in the restaurant except her and her boyfriend. The chip on her shoulder was stunning. She was extremely passive aggressive. Obviously she did not want to ne working. I have been in sales my entire life and I own a business. If I or an employee of mine acted like that, they would be fired on the spot. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
Advertised gluten free pizza online- but didn't actually offer it in the restaurant.
Bartender dude on point.

We went here to hear a musician. Stayed for drinks and food. My drink was absolutely the best. It was called the painkiller. Wish I had one right now! We both ordered pizza. Nothing over the top but it was good. Our waitress was attentive. The musician was killing it. The atmosphere was on the beach/ boardwalk out on a deck. Ill be back fir happy hour !

Nice boardwalk view outside. Pizza rolls were great.
ordered mozzarella sticks. they were $11. I waited for literally thirty minutes to receive my food, which was three mozzarella sticks and a tiny bit of marinara sauce in a cheep plastic cup. there's a dairy queen across the street. save your time and your money

Pizza was a bit too salty. Calamari is a small portion, and wasn’t that good. The only thing I loved was the pineapple drink. Service was good, except she forgot to bring me a spoon. Food took a lot to come out.

Kwle was an excellent server. Thank you!
ZZAS's pizza was the best pizza ? we have had in years. It was significantly better than Doughboys pizza. Don't be fooled by the weird location inside the Hampton Inn.
Go eat there today!
