I was there tonight 3/28/20 at 7:25. I wanted a pizza and the attached said they didn't have any, and they close at 8:00 and they need time to clean up. The hand writing sign said they close at 8 00. Should the attached serve customers until 8 as posted? This is not good customer service.
Poor order management! I've worked at Papa John's myself, and have been a faithful customer for nearly two decades. The pizza is great, but this particular location disappointed. We put in an order online early for pickup. The order was actually for a family member as a special treat since their planned visit had to be cancelled.

Waiting here now actually. For an online order.The 2 employees working didn't acknowledge me until about 5 minutes after I walked up to the counter....the male looked at me and didn't say anything.It's been about 20 minutes and my order is STILL NOT CONPLETE. Took about 20 minutes after them acknowledging me to even see if my order was ready. And now I have to wait on my 2nd pizza to be cooked. I will not be ordering from here in the future.
