On my most recent visit, I was told that Coors Light could be consumed on-site, but Michelob could only be purchased and not consumed. If this is due to a specific liquor license or policy, I would appreciate clarification so I can better understand the rules.
Additionally, the service we received was disappointing! One employee reacted unprofessionally when we questioned being overcharged for our cheesesteak, even slamming her fist on the counter. The overall interaction was discouraging, especially after many positive visits in the past.
I hope you will look into these issues, as I’ve always valued this establishment and would like to continue coming regularly.

They said ever in the chincateague area gotta go to ocean deli. I did and I won't again. Was the worst experience I've ever had. First $34.00 got 2 small subs, fry and 2 fountain drinks. Second, fries were given to me 10 minutes before the so called subs reached the table. 3rd there was more toppings on the sub then there was meat. I actually took half my sub and put the meat on other half to be able to taste the meat. Only thing good about the visit was being greeted as soon as walked in the door.

Ok so... what happened to our food?
You gave it to someone else.
Two cheesesteaks one with raw onions only, one with fried onions only, not that hard!
We kept going up to the counter , especially after all the people behind us got their food, to ask the young lady where was our food.
She kept saying they were working on it, but never walked back there to look at tickets.
Every person who came in behind us got their food and left.
Pick up orders were also picked up while we were there.
The grill guy was leaning on the counter, and people came in after us and he proceeded to cook their food.
Twice we asked the young lady at the counter, are you sure you still have our order.
She said again, we are working on it.
No you were NOT, you gave our food to someone else and didn't even acknowledge that you were wrong.
We will not be back, after coming in for years, eating in and take out.
This is so wrong in so many levels.
And you claim to have such great customer service.
Really, the next time someone asks you where is their food you could at least look like you are interested and go look for the ticket.
By the way the ticket is left on the counter.
We no longer want you're your food after piss poor customer service.

My family and I grab takeout from Ocean Deli often and we’re always satisfied. Husband grabbed lunch for us today and there was an issue with my order. He called and let them know and they fixed the problem with an upgrade for the inconvenience. Great food with great customer service!

Ordered 2 large pizzas.. they were so delicious.. also ordered garlic nots.. omg they were the best I've ever had, mas I only ordered 4. Can't wait to try the desserts we ordered . Tried the desserts.. they were delicious.. had baklava , cookie,strawberry shortcake, chocolate mousse cake and pink lemonade cake.. .. was so good 💯😊
its a shame bc the food is just not good at all. it is so insanely greasy with chunks of garlic. i really wish it was better there is no where else that delivers in a big radius around us but ocean deli. my husband says no and i say lets just try again, it might be better. (sigh)
