I have been to this location over 5 times and not once have I gotten a fresh order of curly fries. They are always room temperature and firm. Half the staff seems really friendly and helpful and the other half look they'd rather be anywhere else. The Bealeton Arby's is much a better experience.

This was my 1st and only experience at Arby's in Warrenton, VA. I ordered via the drive thru after work on a Friday, and I was the only patron on premises.
The food was fine. The sweet tea was obviously old, as it was sour. I had already pulled away before tapping into the tea, so I parked and went inside to get another drink. The young lady walking by headed to the table area had a big smile and a friendly greeting (5 STARS!). I told her my issue, she pointed me toward the drink station, and she addressed it with the team in the food prep area.
My issue was not that the tea was sour, it was that the drink station area was disgustingly filthy. I'm former military and have eaten some crazy stuff in some very questionable places, but I expect more when I lay my money down for service and sustenance in small-town Warrenton, VA.
I told myself I wouldn't be back, but I am a sucker for 2nd chances, so I'll update my review if I return.
Come on, Arby's. I like your food, just clean it up!

3 meals, ALL with cold fries. The chicken tenders were old and barely warm. My roast beef sandwich was cold as well. This is embarrassing that you waste people's time and money, then give them REALLY BAD food at dinner time. You messed up an entire family's dinner. I'm saving my meal and bringing it back tomorrow to get my refund bc I'm not wasting my time going back tonight bc I have to go and get a whole nother meal to feed my family of 5. The fries are so bad kids won't even eat them...so you know they're bad

The floor has been sticky for weeks now, and now the stickiness has spread to the ladies bathroom.
Please hire a professional to come in and clean the floor. You have great food! The sticky floor is a total turnoff.
I look forward to taking this review down once the floor is not sticky.

This is a main go-to for something different for fast food. You have a variety of items. Food is always hot. I have never gotten cold or double-dip fries . Please keep up the great work here. The staff is awesome and friendly.

This was a clean Arby's. Food was standard. My only issue was all the women in hijabs working there. Only one local American working. Made me feel uncomfortable.
The best Arby's around. Much further from home, but it was clean, friendly, the food was hot and tasted great.

Services is never good. Almost always get my order wrong. So I spell it out for them slowly. Get the right order. And swallowed a whole mouth full of my chicken sandwich before realizing it wasn’t cooked properly. Almost completely raw. Obviously, this store is not managed by a capable person. There are some things in this world that I just don’t understand how people screw them up.
