Terrible customer service. They knew about the Fall festival, they could have prepared better. We understood that it was full and asked for pizzas to go and the waiter at the bar ignored us. She was attending only a couple at the bar. We felt so disrespected. If you could not support additional customers, just close the restaurant instead of ignoring us.
