Each time it's a different staff, totally different experience. It's been consistent with the food industry Quality level and service. Time in the dine in always seems longer than the drive thru.Kind of disappointing that the customer standing in front of the register needs to wait for someone in a car to be waited on instead.
Don't like the crowds? Skip five guys and Spelunkers, Burguer king on king street is a good option, good Burgers and Sandwiches, fries always crispy and fresh. Nice, clean and quiet place; the lobby is now open too.

The current shift (8-31-23 4:29pm) is amazing. The ladies and the cook very sweet and kind. Nobody gave an attitude or complained when there was a minor issue with the nuggets.
