We had take out . Food was standard, tasted good. The inside is clean and organized. The restaurant didn’t look busy but the wait for the food was a bit long. And make sure to check if the toy was included in the kids meal. We almost left the restaurant before I realized the kids meal package didn’t have a toy in there.

The manager has very poor customer service, very rude for no reason started slamming the drawer talking to his employees about it they thought it was funny.. and it was a very simple transaction the lady at the window didn’t understand English and he came all frustrated over nothing! If u hate your job just say that !

The current shift (8-31-23 4:29pm) is amazing. The ladies and the cook very sweet and kind. Nobody gave an attitude or complained when there was a minor issue with the nuggets. Hands down the best and most welcoming BK I've ever been to!Kid-friendliness: The staff were very kind to my kiddos. And even my kiddos say 5 stars !

I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. Only person in the whole store and drive through . Orders wrong and missing stuff .. almost $15 bucks of missing food . What a waste of 30

The lobby is never open. They don’t have anyone to work there the employees rude it’s a horrible Burger King. And with lobby closed the drive thru takes 30 minutes. I’m not sure how any burgled king is still open. All of them kept lobbies closed long after COVID

Made a mobil order and went to pick up. I got there at 10:23pm mind you the store doesn’t close until 11 and was told to have a “good night. Asked them what about my mobil order was told “I don’t know what to tell you”. Terrible experience will never go again!!

Each time it's a different staff, totally different experience. It's been consistent with the food industry Quality level and service. Time in the dine in always seems longer than the drive thru.Kind of disappointing that the customer standing in front of the register needs to wait for someone in a car to be waited on instead.
