I went to this Chick-fil-A and asked to buy a gallon of sweet tea. They refused and said they didn’t have anyone available to make it. Really! Another person said it was because of the rush. There wasn’t any rush. Just poor management!
Picked up a Cobb Salad. Missing the tomatoes and corn. Haven’t ever weighed my salad but certainly appeared to be much smaller than normal. Disappointed.

Was there today 11/11/24. Is there a new system for getting cars through the drive through, because it’s not working and is dangerous to your employees. Instead of 2 lines merging into one , they’re keeping the 2 lines all the way to the pickup window. Employees were walking/ running in between cars constantly. People who ate inside and were leaving were also dodging between cars. It was chaos.

The parking was poorly marked. Too many apparently empty spots had little signs for drive through waits or curbside pick up. By the time we got to the empty spots, it was too late ro park anywhere else. 5 Spots "in case" . Grrrr.
