Man where do I start this has to be the best Chipotle I've ever been to. Service was amazing and the food is to die for. I mean fresh fresh fresh. Portions are very fair not too much just enough to make sure you never leave hungry. In fact I usually have enough to take home and snack on later on when I get the itch.

We asked if they could cut a Burrito in half and they denied a simple service as such. Then provided a plastic butter knife.

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The vegetables were extremely soggy and without taste. Chicken was under cooked and full of fat. The rice was overcooked and mushy. I ended up throwing it away after a couple of bites. Will not be going back.
Also need to mention that we were the only people in the store on a weekend afternoon. Have never been in a Chipotle that was not crowded. Should have been my first clue that something wasn't right. Definitely will not be returning.

The place is filthy, not a clean table, trash cans overflowing, no forks, 5 of the drink fountain selections were out of order.

Inconsistency in the food quality and experience. They are not as good as they used to be as a whole, but this particular location is just generally terrible from portion sizes, food quality control (have a ton of weird stories here), and the workers make it very clear they don't want to be there.

4 scoops rice, 1/4 scoop of a carnitas fat chunk that was inedible. $12

Not very busy when I went in, but still the employees still managed to be unfriendly and look miserable. Asked for a steak burrito, but when the employee only scooped 6 small pieces, I asked for more. Added guac, again, such a small scoop, add some lettuce and cheese, that's it. $22.50! Insane. To top it off, I've given up eating after about 1/3 because every other piece of steak is hard gristle. What a mistake.

Hit or miss nowadays. The portions are ridiculous too! I could count the beans in my bowl. Got a bowl today and in the middle of eating it I found hair?not coming back here anytime soon

Mass confusion behind the counter, both food prep and register could barely figure out what was what and who was doing what. Store was not busy, but employees were overwhelmed. Lack of motivation. Food slapped together and tasted gross. Store was filthy. Will not return.

I love the food here, it is always top quality. But the small portion size is ridiculous. $13 for this burrito.
