We go here a lot and finally figured out why there is such a DRASTIC difference in taste of drinks. If the owner (and I assume it’s his wife?) are working they completely skimp on what you put in your drink order- the iced coffee essentially tastes like plain black coffee regardless of how much syrup you add because they don’t add it (being cheap I assume). When they are not there the coffee is PERFECTION and actually tastes good. We have started paying attention to when they are there and just don’t bother paying for colored water.

I can’t believe that they actually charge more than other DD locations for the same coffee even before taxes. Disappointing for small town coffee shop. Won’t be coming back here again.

This location has slipped dramatically. They used to use the neat boxes for donuts but now just jam them in a bag. It doesn’t matter if you order 1 or 4 - they just jam them together and throw them in a bag. Toasted bagels come out cold and barely toasted. And the people who work there are polite but struggle to get orders right. Definitely the low end of the Dunkin chain. Gainesville is a far better location in terms of service and quality:
This Dunkin’ Donuts is always very fast and has respectful/professional staff. 10/10 recommend. I go here about once a week. Beats all of the other Dunkin’s I have been to. (I only use the drive-thru)

For years I have been asking for sugar raised, coconut frosted and old fashioned with chocolate frosting and they never have them. And every time I order chocolate frosted they give me chocolate frosted with sprinkles, not the same. They are ok but don't have a good donut variety :( They only have the most basic boring donuts available for ordering online.
