Firehouse Subs Warrenton Shopping Center

I ordered a Hook and Ladder to go. When I opened my sub at home I had toasted roll, lettuce, tomato and onion. No ham No turkey and the store had closed for the evening!
I returned to Firehouse Subs the next day and receive a delicious Hook and Ladder sub.

Wonderful restaurant, great service, professional team and terrific food. I always have a positive experience going there. I usually use the app and order online for pickup but have eaten inside a few times. My order is correct and ready ahead of the expected time defined on the app. The team is friendly, helpful and courteous. I am especially thankful to the team leader/manager on duty during the daytime hours. He is always helpful and very professional. Today, I asked him for advice on the sauce gift package. He took time to explain the differences and made suggestions. The place is super clean. You will get delicious food from this store; my favorite is the salads but have had the subs and they are just as good. The food is yummy and prepared exactly the way you order it, and the prices are affordable. Highly recommend.

Firehouse subs is a wonderfully run sub shop for Superior to any other thing in the area by far. I have hot and cold subs catering capabilities they just have it going on.

Parking: Plenty of parking without question a lot of parking there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Like all up to date restaurants in numer buildings they have to be at handicap accessible .

Ordered the Cuban without the BBQ mustard. Beautiful perfect sandwich came out with BBQ sauce. I told the girl I didn't eat bbq. Sandwich was remade. Sloppy mess drowning in mayo without the pork. It was a ham sandwich with one banana pepper ring and about 1/4 cup of mayo and a dab of mustard. Sad experience because this is the one deli type shop that does not use polysorbate in their food (I am allergic)

Had the worst sub ever today at Firehouse Subs in Warrenton VA. I ordered a Salami & Cheese & Tomato & Mayo sub, barely any tomato on it, and NO Mayo, but they did put a ton of lettuce on it, which I never ordered the sub with lettuce on, the bread was allready dry, so extremely dry without the mayo. Then I asked them if they could please cut it a certain way for me, as I have health issues, and have to eat my food cut in smaller sizes, was told oh sure, yes we can, went over it 3 times, well it wasn’t cut at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, $15 wasted, my Dog enjoyed it. Will never go there again! Frustrating, when I said my order 3 times to be sure they understood it! ?

They closed the restaurant down 30 minutes before actual closing time and had the door locked. The people working just looked at us. Very
