Great food breakfast lunch and dinner menu. Our server (Josie) did an excellent job serving us and made the meal a great experience.
We go to this IHOP fairly regularly and generally have a good experience. Today we walked in. There was one table of customers. One of the employees was half heartedlyy bussing a few tables. She clearly looked at us waiting to be seated and turned away. We waited. She looked at us again and turned away and then walked away. From the moment you walk in it doesn't feel welcoming. The tables are sticky, the floors are dirty. Dust every where. Ceiling tiles are moldy and need to be replaced. The bathrooms are always disgusting. The air never seems to work properly. The associates act like you are a bother and they don't really want to wait on you.
