Server was inundated with customers and never brought me the beer I ordered. When steaks arrived server, not the one we started with, asked if we needed anything else. I mentioned the beer and said to just forget about it. He must have told manager as she showed up immediately and offered the beer at no charge. I refused but she insisted so it was delivered. Nice gesture that kind of made up for original ommission.

Food was great, and our server was great as well, (I can’t remember his name.) It was a little busy. I work in the restaurant industry and do events with over 2000 people. I get it. I understand people asking for a wait time can be frustrating - but here’s the thing. No paying customer deserves to have their eyes rolled at or sarcastic comments thrown at when somebody kindly asks about an appetizer we previously ordered. It was not an inconvenience to just let us know it may be another few minutes. That would have been fine. I understand it can be frustrating, lie if you have to, but that’s not how you treat customers. Seriously disappointed with the behavior of another server.
