I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. We visit this establishment 2 to 3 times a week. Over th past few months the orders have been coming incorrect. The staff behind the counter don't smile and make it seem like you are troubling them. This is not how it was in the past. Today will be the last time I or my family order from them. We got our order with burn chicken no sauce with part of the order and when I called to complain for the first time ever I was greeted with this was my fault and no apology.
I was not even asking for anything just trying to let them know we were disappointed. It is to bad we will miss you but get back on track.

If you can fleet the staff off thier cell phones they make take your order. Staff complained the entire wait time that they did not want to be there. Food was awful tasted like chemicals.

Not a good experience. I ordered a steak and cheese Stromboli. I waited for 20 minutes before I was told that the cook didn’t see my ticket. Once I got home and opened the box, there was meat only on one side. The onions and big chunks of pepper weren’t cooked.

This restaurant needs to do a better job at checking their to-go/delivery orders. From my experience, there are almost always errors. Today I received regular pizza bites vs the buffalo chicken ones and I had to completely unwrap my chicken Caesar wrap to eat it because the wrapper itself was wrapped into the sandwich. Clearly they were in a rush. Food is good, but wish quality control was better.

I was very unhappy with the service. They messed up our order. I asked for a refund and was told there was no manager available to handle that!
I visited Manhattan Pizza for the first time and had an awesome experience! The wings and pizza were both hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything was brought out to us quickly, and the staff was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant was also very clean, which I always appreciate.
But the highlight? The tiramisu! It was seriously to die for—I loved it so much I ordered two extra to take home.
I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Manhattan Pizza to anyone looking for great food and great service!

I always come to Manhattan Pizza and have been a loyal customer, but today was a real disappointment. I ordered spaghetti and a few other items — and unbelievably, there was no fork included. I called the store to let them know, and instead of resolving the issue or even just listening, the woman on the phone hung up on me. That’s not how you treat a customer. If you don’t think missing utensils is a big deal, especially with a pasta order, and your response is to hang up — that says a lot about your service. Very frustrating experience today.
