I am so disappointed with the night staff here, or at least the two ladies that were at the window. We waited in line, repeated our order over and over, went to the window and tried to pay and the lady made a big fuss about me trying to pay with the mcdonalds app code. She said she had asked for it but she didn't prior to us getting to the window. They told us to go back in line to pay in the back window. We basically wasted time for nothing. The one that was handing out the food (for other people) got mad because we didn't want to go waste our time going back in line.

I’m so confused by all the negative ratings. I’m sure they’re valid but I’ve never had a bad experience.
My parents live near here so I’ve stopped a few times over the last couple years and it’s always been hot and fresh (a rarity in fast food)!
I stopped tonight on my way home after visiting my mom in the hospital. The friendly service and smiles really boosted my mood. I wish I’d gotten names but both women working the drive-thru were so sweet (it was about 6:15 pm so hopefully the owner will know who they are). Thanks to you both for brightening my rough day by being so friendly. The food was fresh and the fries were perfectly salted, too. I’m not a huge fan of fast food but this location has never let me down!

Anything I ordered I was told they don't have. Then when I go to cancel the order she screams through the restraunt that I had an attitude. So everyone in the whole restraint could hear including my 2 daughters.

Unbelievable!! My wife just sat in the drive thru for 30 mins waiting on a quarter pounder. 3 different employees came out to her vehicle and had no idea what she was waiting on. Since when does McDonalds have a shortage on quarter pounders?
I order my McDonald’s on DoorDash on a weekly basis! The quality is always excellent, but I wanted to highlight Mrs. Dionne! The Iced Caramel Coffee that I received today was perfectly made! It had the right amount of each ingredient as I am a person that’s picky when it comes to my Coffee!
I am well pleased and I wish Mrs. Dionne could make all of my iced caramel coffees!

This newly renovated McDonald's put in 2 drive thru lanes with the intent on it being faster. ITS NOT!!! It took us over 20 min in the drive thru to get up to order. Another 12 to get food. Over 30 min waiting to get FAST FOOD!!! This newly renovated place still has slow service and now a longer wait at the drive thru because of the 2nd lane. I was really hoping that this McDonald's had turned around but still the same ol warrenton McDonald's. SLOW!!!!!
Part 2. This McDonald's will just cancel your orders out of nowhere. I still had 10 minutes until my order was sapost to be here. They said it was a technical issue. I had been waiting for 50 minutes and I found out that my order was cancelled by this store from the door dash driver. This location needs a new owner and leadership staff. Seems like the people running this place are to stupid to do it.
