The manager is rude as hell whoever is working as a manager tonight.. At first wasn’t answering the phone tonight 4/18 2025. I called three times she hung up on me and I’m calling about an issue with an order and she asked me every time the first time she said They were three people short and then she said What do I want? That’s what she kept asking. What do I want? What do I want and she hung up on me….. customer service is trash….

Screwed up my order and I told them to completely remake it because I have an allergy and could not eat the food. I rehanded them the receipt that says all the substitutions literally on it along with the food and I got handed back a wrong order again that had nothing on it and was plain. Will not ever come here again thanks.

Terrible!!! So disappointed!!! We stopped to grab a couple of fries and nuggets and it was the worst experience ever!!! We ordered two large fries and they put a little fresh on top rest of it was cold and soggy!!! Why are people doing like this!!! Big big disappointment!!!!Terrible customer service!!! I hope management will fix this problem!!! For the record, It was a drive-thru experience at night after 11pm ! I will not recommend this location to anyone!!!

Food was actually surprisingly good even though they got my order wrong but it was quickly fixed without an issue or attitude but they do not show the order numbers on the screen. If you order inside they do not give you anything. No napkins, no condiments. No nothing because you can grab it yourself but they give you no direction. What if you're new there? Plus they messed up my whole order. I paid extra for lettuce mayonnaise bacon and they gave me a regular cheeseburger like they didn't even look at the menu. Just like any typical McDonald's the surface sucks but hey, at least I got a frappe this time 😁😁😁😁😁 and that's the biggest laughable moment. I was compensated a frappe because I wanted an Oreo McFlurry and guess what? The ice cream machine didn't work because they didn't want to fix it and my cousin works at McDonald's and just to let everyone know the machine that you get the chocolate syrup out of is molded. They never change it. They never clean it. That's why everything is always broken because they don't want to clean it that they get paid more than nurses. Then the CNAs that are doing the dirty work to take care of your grandparents. They can't even make their ice machine work and I have the video and I'm withholding it but just wait

Why can't anyone ever get orders correct anymore. I checked the bag that I had everything, but failed to open the burger boxes. How do you forget to put two patties on a DOUBLE quarter pounder? One tiny piece of dried up cheese. Sad all around for the ridiculous price.
I am so disappointed with the night staff here, or at least the two ladies that were at the window. We waited in line, repeated our order over and over, went to the window and tried to pay and the lady made a big fuss about me trying to pay with the mcdonalds app code. She said she had asked for it but she didn't prior to us getting to the window. They told us to go back in line to pay in the back window. We basically wasted time for nothing. The one that was handing out the food (for other people) got mad because we didn't want to go waste our time going back in line.

I’m so confused by all the negative ratings. I’m sure they’re valid but I’ve never had a bad experience.
My parents live near here so I’ve stopped a few times over the last couple years and it’s always been hot and fresh (a rarity in fast food)!
I stopped tonight on my way home after visiting my mom in the hospital. The friendly service and smiles really boosted my mood. I wish I’d gotten names but both women working the drive-thru were so sweet (it was about 6:15 pm so hopefully the owner will know who they are). Thanks to you both for brightening my rough day by being so friendly. The food was fresh and the fries were perfectly salted, too. I’m not a huge fan of fast food but this location has never let me down!

Anything I ordered I was told they don't have. Then when I go to cancel the order she screams through the restraunt that I had an attitude. So everyone in the whole restraint could hear including my 2 daughters.
