It's McDonald's. As far as food goes, you know what you're getting. The Warrenton location still has a play place which is why we went. It was clean and the kids had a good time playing inside, out of the cold.

Went to the drive thru to order. Got 10 piece nuggets and fries. Fries are cold and soggy. Asked for 1 BBQ and 1 Honey sauce. Looked in the bag before driving off and no honey sauce in bag at all. Asked lady at window and she would not give me the sauce until I handed her my bag back. On top of she had no gloves on and went all through my bag and pulled out the BBQ sauce and put Honey instead. Now I have no BBQ sauce. On top of my fries that were exposed were touched by an unclean hand. If the McDonald's is that hurt up over sauces then you need to figure out something. Absolutely unacceptable and will not return to this location. Never in my life have I been treated in such a way that you need to dig through my food bag over a simple pack of sauce. Not ok at all.

This should be 0 star everytime i order its always missing 1. Today my husband order is take out wait for almost an hour then of course rush home coz everyone is hungry then missing a whole meal... What a scam besides most of the staff is attitude!!!! Plus we are trying to call , no answer they just hang it out...

I work in town and go hear alot .. I try to be understanding in life ..this mc Donald's has ripped me off on food that totals near 150 dollars over the last year .. ive called the manager to try and get a refund .which leads to an hour conversationwith zero results. ..poor service with poor attitudes .. im probably more disappointed I'm myself for going back. But hunger rules ..

Insanely slow and disorganized, even by McDonald's standards. It took 20 minutes to get 2 standard happy meals and a couple drinks. Nothing custom or crazy. They marked it off as completed on the board, but it never came out. There are a couple people in there seemingly working hard, but in general it's a disorganized mess.
