I went to this McDonald's and I ask to speak to the manager he can barely speak English. My daughter has autism it was 10:15 and all she eat is nuggets. Im explaining to him and he had to call another Hispanic over which couldn't speak english that good. How do yall have manager running a McDonald's with a language barrier and they were rude. This right here need to be reported to the news. My child has autism and they turnt a child down who only eat your nuggets and do not know there is a time. To treat my child like with with a condition she cannot help and be considered of kids with autism. Is not ok and this is bigger than me now that is about Autism and be mistreated!!! Oh and how yall have a male manager can barely speak English at all. This is terrible!!!!! Plus rude and can barely speak English. This is not over!!!

I came through the drive thru.......for some reason the person person taking our order could not hear us even though we were both speaking loud enough......we had to repeat ourselves about 3 times. Got to the window,paid,got to the second window and had to wait for our order,not a problem......we leave the line,I got a large meal and was given a medium fry,went back through the drive thru and got my large fry with no issue......the issue came when I went to eat a fry these dang things were colder then a freezer......I am not going back and second time.

All I wanted was a hot meal before diving into 4 hours of soul-crushing raid wipes with my WoW guild. A warm, greasy hug in food form. But no — I got disappointment in a box. Thanks, McDonald’s. I didn’t think anything could make tonight worse, but you managed it. At least in Azeroth, the food buffs are hot. Nothing hits harder than realizing your McDonald’s nuggets and fries are colder than your guild’s patience during progression night. I stopped in hoping for a hot, comforting meal to power me through 4 hours of raid wipes, mechanic fails, and listening to Chad scream “STACK TIGHTER!” over Discord. Instead? I unwrapped my food and got served straight-up Arctic disappointment. The fries had the texture of damp quest scrolls, and the nuggets? Frostbitten relics from the Caverns of Time. I didn’t think anything could hurt more than our healer disconnecting mid-fight, but here we are — chewing on sadness and regret while mentally prepping for a night of tank blame and loot drama. McDonald’s, I wasn’t asking for a Legendary. I just wanted my food to be warm. Like… literally warm. Not Icecrown ambient temperature.

The manager is rude as hell whoever is working as a manager tonight.. At first wasn’t answering the phone tonight 4/18 2025. I called three times she hung up on me and I’m calling about an issue with an order and she asked me every time the first time she said They were three people short and then she said What do I want? That’s what she kept asking. What do I want? What do I want and she hung up on me….. customer service is trash….

Charged me for food I never received and would not give me a refund.
Screwed up my order and I told them to completely remake it because I have an allergy and could not eat the food. I rehanded them the receipt that says all the substitutions literally on it along with the food and I got handed back a wrong order again that had nothing on it and was plain. Will not ever come here again thanks.

Terrible!!! So disappointed!!! We stopped to grab a couple of fries and nuggets and it was the worst experience ever!!! We ordered two large fries and they put a little fresh on top rest of it was cold and soggy!!! Why are people doing like this!!! Big big disappointment!!!!Terrible customer service!!! I hope management will fix this problem!!! For the record, It was a drive-thru experience at night after 11pm ! I will not recommend this location to anyone!!!

Food was actually surprisingly good even though they got my order wrong but it was quickly fixed without an issue or attitude but they do not show the order numbers on the screen. If you order inside they do not give you anything. No napkins, no condiments. No nothing because you can grab it yourself but they give you no direction. What if you're new there? Plus they messed up my whole order. I paid extra for lettuce mayonnaise bacon and they gave me a regular cheeseburger like they didn't even look at the menu. Just like any typical McDonald's the surface sucks but hey, at least I got a frappe this time 😁😁😁😁😁 and that's the biggest laughable moment. I was compensated a frappe because I wanted an Oreo McFlurry and guess what? The ice cream machine didn't work because they didn't want to fix it and my cousin works at McDonald's and just to let everyone know the machine that you get the chocolate syrup out of is molded. They never change it. They never clean it. That's why everything is always broken because they don't want to clean it that they get paid more than nurses. Then the CNAs that are doing the dirty work to take care of your grandparents. They can't even make their ice machine work and I have the video and I'm withholding it but just wait

Why can't anyone ever get orders correct anymore. I checked the bag that I had everything, but failed to open the burger boxes. How do you forget to put two patties on a DOUBLE quarter pounder? One tiny piece of dried up cheese. Sad all around for the ridiculous price.
