Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The Classic Chicken was the worst Popeyes chicken I have eaten. I paid extra for a chicken breast in a 10 piece dinner at the drive through and pre ordered on the app, picked it up and when I got home there were only 9 pieces of chicken so I paid $1.79 extra to substitute a chicken breast for a thigh and got absolutely nothing and I was not going to drive the 20 minutes each way to go back there and argue with them over 1 piece of chicken missing out of the box. They needed to get the order right the first time. Tasted bad and they cannot add! Won’t go back! Will head to KFC next time I want good fried chicken!

20 minutes in drive thru just for them to screw up my order…and this isn’t the first time. You lost multiple customers today.

Food was terrible cold no seasoning on shrimp or wings. Took back and what they replaced was no better. Ordered today 3-17-26. Had to wait an hr to get order placed online. Terrible experience

I had a very disappointing experience tonight. The lady working had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in. She appeared to be a manager, as she was wearing a gray shirt while the rest of the staff were in a different uniform. If she is in a leadership position, that makes the experience even more concerning.

Customer service should reflect professionalism and respect, especially in such a wonderful town. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. Because of this, I will not be returning to this store, nor will I recommend it to others.

The food was timely, the chicken was not as freshly fried as I would have preferred.

Wish I could give this place less than 1 star. $15 for a 3-piece and they couldn't get right to save their life... do you want 2 thighs? Sure, I'll take 2 thighs. I got home to NO thighs. What sides? How about Cajun Rice? Sorry no Cajun Rice AGAIN!!!! Ok, Red Beans and Rice then. And I got home to mashed potatoes. The chicken breast was dry as dust and the sound of someone being unable to speak English was still ringing in my head. $15 to have a horrible meal and get my order wrong after repeating it back to me twice. Good God, this place sucks!!!

Update: 02/08/2026 - Well look at me, dumb enough to never learn from my mistakes. Ordered delivery from this Popeyes today. They forgot half of the order, but only offerred to refund a third of of the price. Automatically added an 18% tip, for a driver that couldn't drive over 10 mph and then dump my drinks in the driveway. What the heck is going on with these people. Why is this the best that anyone can do these days???

The food is good when you finally get it, but the service can be frustrating. I was told to wait 5 minutes in the parking lot, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no one coming out. The staff’s behavior was ridiculous and unprofessional. They need to improve their customer service and communication if they’re going to ask people to wait.

This is the worst place with the most rude staff (ladies) I’ve ever been to. Unfriendly and left to wait and wait and wait for no service. This place is awful and I keep giving them chance after chance.
