Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

There was a long hair in my drink.

Visited the drive-through and was told to pull forward to have my food run out. I waited in my car for about 15 minutes, my so I went to inquire about my order. There was only one cashier which took two customers orders before he even asked me if they could help me or what I needed? & As I began to say I’m waiting on my order. Y’all told me to pull forward the attendant sees my receipt was on the counter he picks it up and looks at it (my order was forgotten to be prepared,) waited about 35-40 minutes at Popeyes for four chicken strips and some wings. Drive through.

The service at the restaurant was bad. The associates there were rude. The food was cold and had a peculiar taste. I tend to prefer Popeyes, but this time it was not at all good. I didn't eat over half of it. Nobody wants to spend almost 30 bucks on a meal to be so disappointed. This store let me down.

This location has forgotten my drink on a delivery order for the 4th time now, even says on the receipt that I got a drink and whoever works here apparently can’t read english. These workers seriously need to be looked at cause this is ridiculous

$17 for a chicken tenders meal is ridiculous. Totally not worth the price. There was very few customers when I went and the staff was still struggling. I could here the manager scolding employees from dining area. They were out of spicy chicken and I had to get plain. I saw other customer just leave or drive off cause they were out. We business is so slow you shouldn't be running out like this. Food was good but way way way overpriced

The best Popeyes I've ever been to, I seriously didn't expect a fast food joint in Warrenton to actually be good. The restaurant was clean and the chicken sandwich was incredibly succulent.

However, the highlight had to be the manager - he gave off serious Gus Fring vibes, walking around the restaurant several times to clean all the tables and checked on every patron dining in. Serious commitment to customer experience and food quality - Hopefully they can keep it up!

This is not only the worst Popeyes location ive ever been to but the worst restaurant I've had the misfortune of visiting by far. Horrible service, it is a total mess, the bathrooms smell like mold, and the evening manager is rude, and terrible at her job. She isn't qualified to take out the trash, much less managing a restaurant. They only service walk in and drive through orders, and even that takes forever. Mobil, and delivery orders don't get made until every other customer has been served, regardless of what time the orders are placed. Most of the employees are good, but with poor management, the entire operation is a train wreck. If you like waiting 30+ minutes, for sub par food, with a bad attitude on the side, eat here, you will get all 3 almost every time. 0 stars is too high of a rating for this dump, the only reason they are still open, is because there aren't many choices in Warrenton.

The staff was very nice, but the area behind the counter was a mess! I was sitting at the drive through window and there were napkins, food and garbage bags on the floor. The food was just ok. My spicy chicken sandwich had so much sauce on it that I almost couldn’t eat it. Sadly, this seems to be the norm at this location, so I won’t be going back again.

Used a coupon, was charged full price, called the restaurant, manager was rude and refused to fix it. Called corporate, couldn't get through to a real person, no one will return my emails. Food was gross and dried
