Not one who frequents Starbucks, but have a bum hip and sometimes sit with a coffee at the grocery store to rest a bit after shopping. Reasonable service usually, but exceedingly over priced. Was shocked today to watch CEO Swartz on Capitol Hill bombasticaly condem his workers' efforts to better their working conditions. Don't think I can stand anymore over roasted, over priced coffee. And, no more Starbucks gift cards as Christmas gifts.

OMG! I made what I thought would be a quick stop for coffee. The lady took my money, then tried to get the coffee machine to work. She worked on it for 15 minutes or so and finally went to get help. Two other people, including the store manager, tried to get it to work. They finally gave up and gave me a $4.25 refund on a $4.54 purchase! I wasted 30 minutes in this place. Starbucks should be ashamed of this place!!!

Had a really great experience here. I very much appreciated Donnette using gloves to handle my food in the right way. That is, not handling money with the gloves on. So important. Quick service and food was served with a smile. Keep up the excellent work!

Ordering thru the Starbucks app does not work well here - and it seems there's no urgency to fix it. Since you pay first on the app, don't recommend using it for this location.

Service is spotty...some staff are rude and others are terrific. Problem is you never know what you're going to get. Frustrating.

Make sure you repeat your order 2 times and check your drink. It's never the same service....
