The workers are really nice, but some guy manager was god awful. He has them sell expired pastries, don't buy from this Starbucks at all. LolWho knows what else they sell thats bad.

My wife and I have stopped here regularly on our way through Warrenton. Friday I noticed the bathroom door had a faulty lock. On out return trip on Sunday 13 August, on stopping again for a coffee and a pee, I noticed the lock still broken so I told the guy with the headset taking walk-in orders opposite the bathrooms. Without looking at me he said snarkily, “That’s news to me.” When my wife emerged from the bathroom he overheard me telling her that he didn’t seem interested in knowing there was a problem with the lock. “What do you want me to do?”, he said, “I’m not a locksmith”. I told him he ought to thank me for reporting the problem, that it might lead to serious complaint. Then he poured on the snark, sarcastically thanking me and wishing a nice day. They were busy at the time and everyone heard this exchange. I think next time I’ll get my next cup of joe from MacDonald’s for half the price.

Four people working and total chaos. Hardly any customers, not busy but took 20 minutes to get to go order from app-12 minutes longer than expected. Had Mobile Order pickup area that was only used by a couple baristas. Drinks were ok, one was overly creamed. Will not return to this location. Why do Target Starbucks provide better service and product?

I have been coming to this location weekly for the last 6 years. There is minimal staff turnover. The staff is compassionate and personable individuals with whom I feel personally connected. thank you guys for always looking out, for providing the juice-of-life, and for your genuine kindness. -Chelsey

I stopped here to get my usual Latte extra hot no foam. It was done just right as always. Nice place to sit and drink your coffee. Staff were great.

Love those little egg bites! Other edibles are tasty as well. I just wish they didn't brew such bitter coffee. Service is good.

Okay I admit it, I can't stand coffee but my wife on the other hand lives on it. I am at this location a lot both inside and drive through. This location offers great service both in and out, and according to my wife the coffee is NEVER BAD! and ALWAYS GREAT!!

Excellent service with easy access to surrounding location for food and gas. Clean but not your normal large chairs and quiet music.
Coffee is typical Starbuck's. They do more drive thru than drop in. Everyone is very friendly. Excellent service. Great coffee smell when you enter the door. Nice place to relax and drink a five dollar cup of coffee with 1,000 calories.

I have witnessed a staff member be rude to a sick elderly woman and today in the drive thru the staff member was rude and short. If you do not like your job or can not fulfill the requirements then get another job. I hope management at this location cracks this place into shape.

Stopped her whilst driving from VA up to PA. Like any other Starbucks, quick and pleasant service, hot at is should be. Ate breakfast sandwich and croissant whilst we there. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking.

Coffee was good. People were nice. Bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper but I found a roll where the employees just hadn't gotten to it yet. Tables had crumbs on them. Coffee and snacks were good as always at Starbucks.
