This Starbucks is a great stop. The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, making it a nice place to grab a quick drink or sit and get a little work done. The baristas are friendly and efficient, and my drinks have always come out just right. The mobile order pickup is smooth, and the drive-thru line moves quickly, even during busy hours.
It’s a reliable spot for good coffee and a quick break when passing through Warrenton. Highly recommend!

I have been going to the Starbucks daily for three years, ordering the same exact drink with light ice because the shaken espresso have entirely too much ice. However, when I get there, they sadly apologize that their management has changed these rules and they are no longer allowed to give light ice. This is a terrible customer service idea as I am a manager For a major retail company as well this is going to lose people like me. It was The best Starbucks experience while it lasted.

the service was unbearably slow. they didn’t try at all to make it quick and painless. the car in front of us had 1 drink and it took them about 10 minutes to get it to them. we ordered ahead of time and I still ended up late for an appointment because of their slow service.
Worst Starbucks ever. Very dirty. Floors are filthy, restrooms are disgusting, staff was very rude and not friendly at all. They treat guests differently. Very clearly white folks getting different and better treatment than other races.

Stopped to get my usual iced mocha. When I reached the window I kindly said it was not what I ordered and was told by the barista that they use the screen for that reason so that customers can correct the order if incorrect. Sorry, I was multitasking and didn’t have time to supervise someone else’s job. I told the barista that I didn’t appreciate the mistake being put on me and not even an “I’m sorry”. The manager was right there and I told her that I always have grace for mistakes since we all make them but was basically told it was my fault. I was then scolded for not referring to the barista as “they/them”. Maybe we need to have signs now so we need to know how to refer to people. What a shame. I have always had good experiences there.
