Was looking forward to get the caramel apple empanada, which is listed on the drive thru menu, but you can’t order it without an app. If this is the case it should only be available in the app. False advertising. Not location specific

The food is generally good, one of my favored fast food locations. The service has been a little lacking lately. Some of the new hires have the personality of a rock, and every so often the food is made poorly. But it's not that common.

Was headed into work this evening and figured I'd stop at Taco Bell to grab dinner and I am beyond irritated and disappointed. This location took about 10 minutes to take my order and multiple employees made eye contact with me and didn't even bother to take take my order. I understand we have the kiosk option but I do not use my card because I can manage my cash. One of the employees only acknowledged me due to a vehicles alarm goin off in the parking lot as he was headed out to look to see if it was his. I understand wanting to check on your personal belongings but 10 minutes to acknowledge a customer is utterly ridiculous. Then to top it off it took about 30 minutes to get my food along with 5 other customers as well, one customer was in there waiting before I even walked in. It should not take 40 minutes all together. Especially when I all I got was 1 burrito, 1 quesadilla and 1 reg. Nacho fry. How does that take 40 minutes. Highly disappointed. I have never spent this long at this location.

Placed a mobile order at 11:08AM while in the parking lot, waited until 11:15 to come inside and pick up, being the only customer inside of the restaurant at the time I assumed the order would be prompt.
I did not receive my order until 11:39am
Tried three times to speak with an employee behind the counter to be ignored each time, food sat on the edge of the prep counter in the bag for 20 minutes because not a single employee could be bothered to ask what order I was there for.

It's Taco Bell.. I have come back to update my review, for whatever that's worth. I usually order through the app to save the frustration of the communications breakdown suffered at the drive-thru speaker, but today my food wasn't even close to what I ordered online. How hard is it to read English? Apparently, by the looks of the food in my bag, it's damned near impossible. Hey Taco Bell managers... stop hiring people from McDonalds.

Only writing this time because the order was again not complete. When doing carry-out I am not going to come back 25 minutes to get the rest of my order but regularly my order is incomplete and I should know better than to leave and expect that my order has everything in it.

Parking: Parking is all good until that Drive Thru gets wrapped but for the most part you just gotta honk and flip a finger or two. It ain't nothin??
