Best in Warrenton! They use sticky rice which you will love. Everything I 've had there has been great. I live in Manassas and they beat anything we have here since Young Chow closed.
I had a hunch this place would be good when I saw multiple chefs in the kitchen prepping food for lunch. Their Chicken & broccoli used a light curry flavor on the chicken and fried rice had bbq pork in it. Moo Goo Gai Pan has a nice garlic kick. Both of these dishes have a tendency to be bland, or at least mild, at many Chinese restaurants but not at Top’s China!

I'm reviewing their lunch special. I got the sesame chicken.
Short story: I'm impressed.
It cost $8.08 ($8.99 with tax). In today's economy that's very reasonable.
The portion is significant (you get over 20 pieces of chicken), And surprisingly to me they don't fill it up with broccoli. There were only 2 pieces in my meal. I'm not a big broccoli...
