Rude, Obnoxious, refuse to speak to customers in English thank god I spoke Spanish however ignored the nice elderly African American Lady. Got order wrong yelled at me, manager was not any better couldn’t care less about the staff behavior dismissed my complaint and just kept head down. First let me say upon pulling up to the drive thru speaker the employee had rude tone before evening saying a word. Once we get to the window to pickup my food, the employee was rude. They also messed up my order. I ordered 2 maple chicken croissants w NO bacon. I received 2 with bacon and NO maple butter. I ordered an ice coffee w chocolate and received a tea with chocolate. I contacted Wendys to try and receive a refund and it was denied. Obviously this location has issues.
I just picked up a burger and it is soggy and gross - the bread is soggy and sauces are dripping everywhere. It is inedible. I tried to call the store - no one answers and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. Not only was the food disappointing, but the business management is inferior, too.
