Gadino Cellars is a small winery with a big personality, located near Shenandoah National Park. The winery is owned by Bill Gadino and his wife Aleta, who are known for their friendly and knowledgeable approach. Visitors often enjoy the exceptionally good wines, including Pinot Grigio, Sunset, Petit Verdo, and the winery's version of Port. The setting is comfortable and casual, with a nice view that may not be the most breathtaking in the area but is still pleasant. During busy times like the 4th of July weekend, the atmosphere is lively, yet the owners and staff engage warmly with all guests. Many visitors leave with a positive experience, some with a few bottles of their favorite wines like Luminoso and Sunset, and feel eager to return in the future. The tasting room offers counter tastings, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, creating a consistently nice experience since 2006.
