The Kitchen By Wolfgang Puck

Totally disappointing! I spent $15 for a fried rice bowl that I had thought would be at least tasty if not filling. It was neither! It was a serving of barely warm dry rice with very little vegetables and no flavor! I do NOT recommend this place.

I walked up and the nasty person working the little side cafe was standing in the way. I said excuse me and had to push my way in to vet a drink. She casually walks to the cash register and I had asked her she is doing and how her day is going. She refused to answer me. I said that good huh. I asked her again at rue register and again sue refused to answer me. Never acknowledged me or when looked at me. I said I will take my business else where and walked off. Avoid this place. I am flight attendant and have never seen suck poor service from an employee. I will never return and give them a dime. This is unacceptable behavior. Hopefully this is addressed.

Unfortunately I was also lured in by the name. The poor server was alone and slammed, no hostess, no help but sat us and tried the best she could to be attentive. She seemed frazzled and overwhelmed and the people just kept coming and she had to tell them she couldn't seat them for 20 min. We were super nice to her and my daughter drew a picture for her and thankfully we made her smile. Cut to the food. I was dying for some wings so I ordered 5 wings for $16 and they came out terrible. When they pre-fry them, let them sit there all day and then are put back into the frier they come out like burnt nubs with no meat left. The bones were so dry that they actually fell apart in your mouth when trying to get the little bit of chicken that remained on the bone after overcooking and frying for so long. I am actually angry that for 5 wings at $16 that they weren't slightly juicy or plump. They should not be in business. Such a disgrace!

The service and atmosphere are nice. The hamburger was over cooked, quite dry. I ordered medium rare and it was well done. The French Fries were stone cold. I was the first customer for their evening service so the French Fries should have been fresh and warm. This is a sad showing for a celebrity chef.

What can I say- this is Wolfgang f**K at it's worst - I am sorry but never have seen such a sorry excuse of a restaurant one waitress who also doubled as the usher one bar guy, one cleaner who was doing all the cleaning- full because Dulles is busy and after waiting 15 minutes the rude waitress/usher gave me a place to sit in a corner when there were better tables available when I asked if I could sit else where she refused, pathetic service the food was abysmal probably only one cook in the back so food was bad and took time- AVOID at all costs- I know I will

Service was appalling. Staff rude and unfriendly. There was a queue of 4 in front of us and after 20 minutes it had become about 15 people long. Eventually we all left. Staff ignore us and kept disappearing to the back and told all told us to wait five minutes (after waiting 20 minutes already!) even tho the Restuarant was empty only had about 6 people eating.

Avoid this place! Although the bartender was friendly the food was terrible (undercooked burger and cold fries). Adding insult was that they denied accepting the travel voucher that my airline issued me for a missed connection. Although that voucher is basically a prepaid master card- I was given no reason other than the manager said they didn’t accept it. This is the last meal I will ever have at a Wolfgang Pucks. They got my $26 but will never have my business again. Don’t let them have yours either.

Unfortunatley i'll be looking for a new dining option when i fly through IAD. I've had a very average experiences here, WHich is too bad, it used to be good and i really looked forward to having enough time for a nice meal. Service is flat. Nobody really cares that you are there. Breakfast visits have been met with cold food and lukewarm coffee. No server to be found if you dare take a refill. The servers barely speak to you and are there briefly to collect an order and drop the check.

Although a nice place to sit, relax and dine the food that should have been warm was cold. It wasn’t very busy on Saturday morning and the wait staff was ok.

Grain bowl is mostly rice, and not terribly great. But it's food, it's a good quantity, and it's in A terminal. It is also priced cheaper than the rest of the menu, thank goodness. There is a hummus appetizer, as well. Good in a pinch, definitely never outside of the airport though

A good meal while waiting for my flight. The food was good and did not take very long to prepare. I sat in the restaurant to eat.

If Wolfgang Puck goes to hell, he will have to eat the overpriced crap, food there bears his namesake for all eternity. All three of us had had a similar level of “gourmet’ food destroyed busy the obviously untrained staff. Gordon Ramsey needs to sort this mess out pronto ...

I can not believe Wolfgang Puck would put his name to this restaurant. The service was so bad, the food worse - I found it absolutely disgusting and barely edible.

One of the worst places I have been to... this can’t be a real Wolfgang Puck or he doesn’t care about his brand anymore

It can be hard to find vegetarian meals on travel! While not vegan, The Kitchen was able to get bery close, with a modified veggie wrap and tossed green salad. Rigjt next to gate A20.
