Revisit the winery a few times every year and we still love that it is such a relaxing laid back atmosphere. Always a wonderful place to have a glass of wine!

Wines were very good. Some of the best we’ve had in the area. And the location is picturesque. I would give this place 5 stars if a couple things were different:
1) One employee completely ignored us and was serving others that approached the counter after we had been standing there for at least 5 minutes. No one had a name tag, but he was on the far right as you look at the bar and had a hat on with a salt & pepper goatee. He was also sarcastic with another customer, but seemed to be personally attentive to a couple seated at the far right side of the bar, at the expense of serving others, including us. This happened on August 31, 2025 at around 1:50 PM. We eventually got served our wine flights, but only after speaking up and asking to be helped.
2) I understand dogs have basically become citizens, but when they’re barking and growling at each other inside a wine tasting room, their owners should be asked to leave and take them somewhere where they won’t be disruptive to everyone inside.
Ending on a good note, the employee who did actually help us was very nice, professional, and prompt. Please ensure that he gets credit for delivering good customer service.

Proud Wine club member 🤗 Been coming here for a few years now. Love how dog friendly they are. My family (3 chihuahuas) love to run around and play here. Excellent service and Sean is always friendly and welcoming when we come in to pick up our wines. Highly recommend for dog lovers! You will appreciate the dog park. Actual grass!!!

Place was beautiful. But one lady with short hair in particular who was not so welcoming. Some of her comments were uncalled for. It seemed like she didn’t enjoy working there. The other gentleman on the other hand was very nice.

We hosted our dog’s first birthday at 8 chains. Elly was amazing to work with to set up a table for us inside the dog park. It was exactly what we wanted - dogs to run around while we enjoy wine. It was set up ahead of schedule which was nice for us to get set up before everyone came for the party. The winery has stunning views and great wine! The addition of offering beer was well liked by our party too! The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a sweet touch that one of the staff walked out to hand a treat to each dog. I appreciated someone came to check on our group. Overall, very pleased with our experience and can’t wait to go back for more dog play dates and wine!! Thank you to everyone who made our party special!!

Had an amazing time with our dog Luna. We were super excited to visit after seeing the winery on instagram and we were looking forward to enjoying the dog park. But when it was one of the hottest days of the year, and visiting from out of town, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our trip. But despite the heat, we had an amazing time. We were able to bring our dog inside the tasting room, where we were able to enjoy a flight and some glasses of wine (all were amazing!) while our dog enjoyed the cool stone floor and AC. And we were able to sneak in some short trips with her in the dog park and enjoy the views.
We met the co-owner Edz, who was very friendly and greeted us with dog treats. He is brewing small batch craft beer now, and my husband who is a brewer was very impressed.
Overall a great experience even with the heat. Definitely would return to fully enjoy the rest of the space. It really made the trip to be able to enjoy it with our dog. Added bonus it was my birthday and a Christmas in July special, so I definitely left with quite a few bottles.
I wish there were MORE stars to give! So very dog friendly, with furry friends allowed inside the tasting room, which was so important on the 99° July day when we visited. Staff was very welcoming and the wines were excellent! And despite such a tiny setup, my beer was top notch, as well. What an amazing spot - absolutely fantastic all around!!!

My husband and I got married here in Spetember 2024 and it was amazing.
We truly couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect place to get married. After visiting another venue nearby, we decided to stop by 8 Chains on a whim, and we are so glad that we did! It was so cute and cozy, had direct vineyard views, and the warm, welcoming vibe immediately stole our hearts.
From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they connected us with Elly, the venue coordinator. Elly was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, thoughtful, and so sweet throughout the entire process. She truly made planning feel easy and fun, and her support meant the world to us.
The wines were delicious (our guests couldn’t stop talking about them!), and the setting was just breathtaking. We had just under 100 guests, and didn't feel crowded. There was a perfect amount of space inside, and outside as well. We got to take such fun photos around the property. Even though it rained after our ceremony, every moment felt magical and beautiful.
We’ll forever be grateful to 8 Chains North for giving us the most unforgettable wedding day.
