I was raised in Miami, FL where I had a variety of Cuban food in the city’s most popular Cuban restaurants. I was surprised and impressed with the quality of the Ropa Vieja, plantains, Moro’s (black beans and rice cooked together), ham croquettes, and the best homemade Flan at a restaurant. The owners are from Cuba and are lovely people who maintain a spot-free commercial kitchen and use quality ingredients at a reasonable price.

Went in for dinner this evening, they were short staffed so we ended up waiting longer than I suspect is normal, but it was worth it! The largest and best Cuban sandwich! Delicious fried yuca and plantains! And service with a smile. If I end up in Waynesboro again I know where I’ll be eating.
We tried it last week and the food is absolutely delicious and the serving sizes are big enough to share. The Cuban is absolutely huge and I couldn’t finish it. The deserts are very good also!
