Caitie threw together a beautiful menu just 48 hours or less after me contacting her with the details of the event I hoped she'd be able to do food for. And the menu itself was already way more than I hoped for! If she executed it with as much skill and flavor, I'd be blown away..and she did! The food was to go alongside our kombucha tasting event and so she chose to make most things with the kombucha, except for the potato souffles she brought (and that's okay, because those were already addicting and drool-worthy all on their own). The pulled pork sliders were mighty tasted topped with a slightly sweet slaw, the spicy bacon jam crostini topped with goat cheese was balanced with sweetness, spice, and creaminess from the goat cheese, and the cupcakes were amazing! They were a vanilla cake base I believe, with strawberry and mint inside that had been soaked in the elderflower kombucha and topped with a light creamy icing that was also made with kombucha; they were so moist and not sickly sweet, but still definitely decadent and I'm still thinking about them obviously! Definitely recommend using Caitie and Blue Oregano for any of your private catering needs. She works efficiently, she was super friendly, she arrived promptly at our venue and had everything set up nicely, and the main thing: her food is amazing and creative. 5 stars!

Blue Oregano is quaint bakery in downtown Waynesboro. As soon as I entered I felt instantly welcomed by the homely decor and staff. The staff member explained to me everything which was in the bakery bar, I purchased 5 baked goods, one for consuming there and the others I took home with me, all of them were exceptional, the pumpkin bread was gluten-free and perfectly spiced, not overly sweet and very moist. The scone, cinnamon rolls, everything was to die for. My only wish is that I lived closer so I could go there every day.

My celebration luncheon was so good I wanted to lick the plates, but I didn't think that would be appropriate. The meal was delicious and the portion sizes were perfect. Chef Caitie and her staff are wonderful!!

BlueOregano catered my wedding last weekend and Caitie is AMAZING! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Hiring BlueOregano was the best decision we made for our wedding. First of all, the food was INCREDIBLE. It was fresh and cooked perfectly and all our guests raved. Every appetizer was delicious and everyone at our wedding loved our action station dinner. Beyond the food being so good, Caitie was SO HELPFUL throughout the process. She always responded to emails very quickly. She provided recommendations for food and helped us sort out the timeline of when to serve everything. Whenever we had a question or problem she was there with an answer and solution. Just a couple days before the wedding I learned that our venue would not be providing any ice. I emailed Caitie asking for a recommendation of where we could get a ton of ice and she said she and her staff could pick some up! She coordinated all the linen and dish rentals (which was amazing because I had no idea where to start with that!) and made sure we had everything we needed. All the staff she brought with her that day were incredible and friendly as well. She cut the cake (even though we did not get the cake from her) and brought her staff back to help clean up, even though we said my family could handle it. From the first communication to the end of my wedding day Caitie went above and beyond. She looked out for every detail and I am so very thankful. My husband and I are so so glad we hired Caitie for our big day, she really helped make it perfect! Can't wait to visit BlueOregano for a pop-up soon too!

My husband surprised me where he was taking me for dinner on our 31st wedding anniversary...he could not have made a better choice. This was our first experience there. Needless to say, we had our own places arranged for seating and a message on our menu wishing us a happy anniversary. Every bite and minute spent there was special. Catie and Nathan are perfect hosts and I will want to visit again in the near future and support their unique business. What an asset to Waynesboro's downtown!

The female women in my family get together monthly for a girls night out. We decided to give Caitie a shot at making our June get together a fun one. She did not disappoint! We picked our menu shortly after booking our cooking class. Everything from booking through actually learning to cook the menu we'd chosen was easy, fresh, fun and delicious! Highly recommend! Will try a monthly pop up dinner next.

Fantastic location for a corporate dinner meeting! I found Chef Caitie after years of searching for a Waynesboro restaurant with upscale farm to table food and private dining space. I was thrilled to find the space to be so inviting, tastefully decorated and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! The menu she created was absolutely perfect and the flavors for each dish seamlessly paired with each successive course. From the potato soufflé amuse bouche to the Bailey's cake with rich ganache rosettes, we (and the entire party! ) were pleased. The place settings were beautiful, the service was well timed and unobtrusive. I am looking forward to hosting another event at Blue Oregano and I only wish I lived closer! Kudos!

Caitie (with Nathan's backup help) taught a cooking class/dinner for me and several friends. She was cheerful, warm, and fun! The food was very good. We had a great time and would do this again!
