First of all as you walk in the door the wonderful smell smacks you in the face. Then you are greeted by the most friendly staff…whom are so friendly & knowledgeable about the products that they talk you into buying WAYYY too much! Finally upon purchasing items you are greeted with huge smiles & “enjoy please come again”.
For our first experience here it was...meh! The employee who packed our selections up was nice. The cashier not so much. She wasn't friendly at all! She was rude! We used a gift card then she took it.
A guy was watering the plants and we asked could we have the gift card back. We knew it had a zero balance. But it was a gift and had sentimentality behind it and we wanted to keep it. He said sure you can. We stand near the counter and she would not acknowledge...
