Idk what's going on in the Waynesboro va store. The last two time I've been there the food has been burnt. On top of that they can't even get your food right the way you order it. It's a shame because this place used to have good food. I'll probably never go back to this burger king again.

Staff is rude.. unfriendly and food was raw! Uncooked meat and fries were stale and cold. This place is garbage.. If you don't want to be here, find a different job that doesn't deal with the public . It's clear you hate your life and are miserable. I was in 3 weeks ago and ordered meals for two and all food was hot and good. The employees were very friendly and it didnt take long. I gave it a 5 circle. This evening I was in and ordered 2 Hamburgers, two onion rings , a fry and chicen nuggets. There was a long line outside curb service to go. The young ladies were very nice but was more interested in their phones and chatting to eachother. I was the only one ordering to go inside. It took so much longer to get my order than I thought it would. I live 2.7 miles from home to BK. When I arrived home, everything had to go in the microwave. All was not even lukewarm, not one thing was hot but the fries I ate while waiting on my order. I gave it a try twice , one good time out of twice just does not settle with me.

Food was nice and fresh. Service was quick and friendly. Other than eating my meal and listening to the employee discuss his partying he had done over the wkend it was good.Parking: The parking lot had plenty of spaces since it wasnt busy at all. It also has handicap parking and easy access to the inside.
