Awsome food and very friendly staff
Headed to Roanoke, had a craving for BK of course. Glad we stopped here, Nice and clean! anywho! Just wanted to shout out Diamond and Kira 🙌🏾 such sweeties, and great customer service! Even though we ordered at the kiosk we still had great interactions with them.
I visited the Burger King in Waynesboro, Virginia, at around 11:21 PM 10/10/2026, and I want to recognize the wonderful employee who helped me tonight.
From the moment she took my order at the drive-thru until I reached the window to pick it up, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made the entire experience so pleasant.

Burger King offers a satisfying dining experience with their 2for5 Whopper Jr. deal and fresh, hot French fries. The service is quick and friendly, with employees who ensure customers are satisfied. Many customers have praised the location, stating that the burgers are always juicy and the fries crispy and well salted. There is ample parking, including handicap spaces, and easy access to the restaurant. Customers can take advantage of promotions like a free Whopper with small fries and a soda by completing a survey. The restaurant also maintains clean facilities. However, a recent incident at the drive-thru raised concerns about employee conduct. Despite this, many reviews highlight the staff's kindness, such as a team member who delivered an order to a customer waiting in line during cold weather. Overall, this Burger King consistently meets expectations for a great meal.
