I don't know who the manager currently is but who ever it is, must not have a kind bone in their body and is a slave driver who makes his employees come to work sick and even on their deathbed or fires them. My brother in law is in icu and got fired for it.

I work in a restaurant and they get the bread from Carter's sometimes the bread is great but most of the time it sucks it tastes old frozen bread flaky not big enough for a sub I think it's all about money now it's not for fresh bread

I'll never eat another piece of store bought bread. Sub roll. Hamburger bun!!!The dought that falls from production line is thrown back into the hopper at the top of the depositor processed and baked !!!Mostly all staff do not wash their hands !!!My observation as an employee there!!!!
Would not work here again. I worked for 3 days , First 2 days great. Third day , the manager yells at me for almost no reason then starts distracting me from doing my job correctly . Then when I gave notice I would be leaving and then tried to confront him , He starts talking to me like a child who won't stop whining until they get their way. Very unprofessional and the sad part , I'm 34 and he's older than me. Not to mention , An employee was really sick and throwing up and they allowed her back on the line to work . So not only unprofessional , I'm a little disgusted .
