Consistently messes up orders and makes excuses that they are busy. Being busy does not constitute a valid reason for messing up orders with this frequency. For example: I choose “not toasted” for a bagel and it comes toasted at least 40% of the time.
I love Dunkin, they always have donuts stocked. The coffee is immaculate and the service is A1. If you want donuts all day you better buy some for your house because these sell out quick some days, not any fault of their own. Keep it up ladies!

I’ve nicknamed this DD the “50/50”. 50% of the time they are out of what you want, 50% of the time the order is messed up. Yet, we keep coming back because it’s cheaper than Starbucks. Their whole business model consists of coffee products and donuts. I’ve been there when they’ve been out of both cold brew AND donuts….impressive.
