It's the first time I've filled out my taxes here and the experience has been horrible, first you lose your entire day you have to wait because it's a turnaround, to make matters worse they didn't send my taxes electronically the day I filled out my taxes with them and when I checked with the IRS, they hadn't received them and I had to go back to this office to have them sent them. It's been 21 days and I called the IRS because they haven't sent my refund...the IRS told me that they found errors by the tax preparer when filling out my return and now I have to wait up to 10 weeks to receive my refund. I had been filing my taxes with another online company for years and I always received my refund within 7 days. This year I made the mistake of filling them with this company and it was the worst mistake. I will never fill them here again! IF YOU WANT TO WASTE A DAY WAITING TO FILL OUT YOUR TAXES AT THIS OFFICE AND THEN 10 WEEKS WAITING FOR A REFUND...THIS IS THE PLACE!! BUT IF YOU WANT A SECURE AND FAST REFUND THIS "NO" IS THE PLACE!!!!
