In the beginning of the Covid event I met the owner and was offered a free room cleaning. I was not told it was a kirby demo. I was then subjected to a multi hour sales pitch and lied to about the capacity of the features to fill my need. The free room cleaning was a powder test which misrepresents the kirby as being able to pick up more powder from the carpet than your current machine. So essentially they made my room dirty and wasted 2 hours of my time to demo a dirty room and a quick vacuum of the living room.By the end, having never used the product only seen it used I was promised the kirby package would satisfactorily clean my home. I had voiced specific concern on if the carpet cleaning attachment could remove pet urine. The salesman promised that it would clean the carpet. It only CHEMICALLY NEUTRALIZES NOT REMOVES.The wet attachments are a "Dry foam shampoo" and it has minimal to no effect on the carpet backing. If you have cat litter the vacuum throws it back towards you instead of picking it up. No matter the height run at. The beater bar refuses to lift. I get hit less running my string trimmer.Corners and tight spaces are not this machines friend. It is over priced, heavy for NO reason and has a beater bar that will ruin a berber carpet. If you want to shampoo carpets, This is not the machine for that. It doesn't even have a good vacuum head. Its just powerful suction with no pickup.I didn't have the luxury of testing the urine removal capacity until the week after the return period expired. I contacted KCW to attempt to work it out with them since their goods did not meet the specific need for which we had bought them. He flatout refused to take his machine back. Despite the fact the contract we signed was with KCFredericksburg, and he materially altered it to KCWaynesboro. At that point I had to file in civil court against KCW LLC. At this time, after 2 appeals from him and a year wasted I have a judgement in my favor and he owes me a few grand.

KWC hired great people to represent their salesforce. Darius has a terrific personality and Jay Jones could not have been more polite, courteous, and nice. It's one thing to get people to sell your product. It's another to know the product sells itself, so all your reps have to do is sincerely care about helping others. This was a great demodulation but also a really nice experience. Thank you.

I had Erica come to my house and she sold me Kirby vacuum cleaner. She was super friendly and very hard working. We had great conversation. She was awsome. I would recommend.
