Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.
Pickup at this store has become obnoxious. Items are marked as out of stock or aren't substituted when they are available in the store. Coupons can't be taken off the order because 25% of the order can be missing when it's right there in stock in the store. I've been given moldy bread and have found expired products on the shelves. Please don't shop here.

i really like kroger as a grocery store and their products. but the checkout process is horrible. i will not use self check out if i have produce to be weighed or have a full cart of groceries. of my last 3 visits 1 time there was 0 cashiers, 1 time there was only 1 cashier lane open with a 25 min wait, the 3rd time 1 cashier lane was a 35 minute wait. so i go to walmart, food lion or aldi for all MY GROCERIES. I ONLY GO TO KROGER FOR THE 3 ITEMS THAT I CAN ONLY FIND AT KROGER....read full review
