Waitress was really young and it was obvious she didn’t know what she was doing. We were at a small two top table, ordered our appetizer and entrees. Within minutes it’s all brought out at once and barely, literally barely fit on the table. The appetizer was wasted, spent money on something that was pointless to eat unless we wanted the meals to get cold. No room left at the table to even cut the chicken up on the plate. Overall really disappointing service.It was my first time out in 6 months and I really was looking forward to having a conversation with my spouse and enjoy drinks. Instead it felt like we were rushed out, a single drink barely fit on the table once everything else was shoved on there. It was around 1pm, it’s not like they were closing. What was the issue?We used to get take out from here really frequently, but not anymore after this dining experience.

OMG! the food is always excellent here however the "service with a smile" was not happening with our server! we thought maybe she was having a bad day. but that went out the window when we saw her smiling at another table? So we gave her Two tips! She got a 5% when she could have gotten a 20%. She also got a tip on the merchant receipt telling her how to have a better attitude!

I’m making this review on my second visit! The food is AMAZING! If you are from Lynchburg and enjoy La Caretta, I HIGHLY recommend Los Panchos. The chips and salsa are delicious, following along with the main courses and cheese dip, Oh My Gosh, it is amazing! The service was okay, not too slow but not bad, our servers were attentive. The atmosphere was calming, I was with my loved ones and we had a great time! People are quiet, but that’s okay with me!

Los Panchos is our go-to restaurant in Waynesboro. Love the food, so many options and all at reasonable prices. Service is quick and staff is helpful. Delicious tacos!

At first glance, it seems like a hokey Mexican place, but they really are loaded with authentic Mexican decor, it's a very unique feeling. I had the fajita taco salad, awesome as usual. The service was fast, and the food was excellent. I ate here before taking the Blue ridge parkway, a very scenic trip.

Definitely one of the largest Mexican restaurant menus in this area. Lots of choices, and everything I've ever gotten was literally DELICIOUS! They also serve the white sauce here (not queso, but the tangy white sauce) with the chips which is a nice touch. The business is relatively new so the building is pretty nice. Nice mural on the wall. The only area this place lacks is the service. Our waitress was rude, rolled her eyes, and didn't listen to a word we said. She confirmed one of our entrees 3 times, and still keyed in a completely wrong entree that was then delivered to a person in our party. Luckily, it was still delicious, so it ended up being fine. Then when our debit cards were run, the wrong items were on the wrong tickets. No big deal, we told her whose items were who's. She looked at us with an annoyed face and went back to fix them. When she came back, my ticket was still wrong so I let her know again. She went back, still visibly rolling her eyes, and came back with the difference in cash...which at that point I told her that was fine because I didn't want to add to the hassle. The entire time she was short, rude, and never once apologized or even acted anything other than annoyed. It's a shame because otherwise, this is a great place to eat with some amazing food.

Overall it's an ok Mexican place if you're into Tex mex - I wouldn't expect lile authentic style food but the food is decent. The first time I went I got the choriwaiian which is like a Hawaiian take on chori pollo I guess. So it was chicken breasts with chorizo shrimp and pineapple with rice and guacamole salad. The chicken was really well done the shrimp was a little bland but overall it's good. The portion was large. The second time I went I got some kind of chicken dish with ham and pineapple and it was similar to what I had the first time and was also good. The meat was a little rubbery this time. My boyfriend got the burrito Rico and the beef had a great seasoning on it. I will say the service is below average rheyre either rude or slow or both. Very inattentive we ran out of drinks both times and food took awhile to come out. Overall most menu items are covered in cheese so it's hard to find something as someone who is lactose intolerant. I saw a table next to me send back their food for incorrect prep both times I came in, so I would not recommend trying to alter what your dish is they will likely ignore the note or miss it. The one thing that was really bad was the beans. Literally the worst refried beans I've had in my entire life. Big no. Overall I think the food is just ok everything considered. I probably wouldn't be back a third time but it's a really popular spot in waynesboro so if you're looking for a big margarita a giant plate of cheesy meaty Mexican this is your spot.
