Food and service are usually great. This time the food was great but my young waitress seemed more concerned with her phone than her customers. She took my order and never came to my table again even though she was at the bar 10 feet from me ,staring at her phone. The other table was not served either. I am a frequent patron and the next time I come in I will not allow her to be my waitress.

Love Los ponchos for margaritas and girls night. It’s a home run every time. The highlight of our visit today was our amazing waitress Rebecca. Very on top of things and incredibly patient with us girls. Will be coming back and specifically asking for her cuz she’s awesome!!!
