First and last visit. Restaurant is dated and not as clean as it should be. Service is poor. Server had a noticeable attitude of not wanting to be there let alone wait on us. After our food was delivered she never returned to check on things. She received a less than normal tip. Ordered two small pizzas đwhich were just okay. Only 3 other patrons which may be some indication of the lack of the restaurantâs local acceptance. đ

We are all human no one has a great day all the time. But when you're the face of the company you either have good skills with putting on a customer service face and preform well, or you are the waitress we had. She has a major issue staying off of her phone while working. She only checked up on us after we were finished eating. The attitude appeared snobbish. the only smile she had was while paying for the meal (which you could see was hard for her to do). I heard her sloppy gum smacking the whole time even from across the room. She was not even busy with but 2 other customers. I honestly don't know how you screw up a calzone with such crappy ingredients. and then dry out the crust up to the next step would burn it all. and i don't know how the out of date no AC system passed inspection. I could almost smell the age on it. I like to leave a positive review in some manner, But I am not a liar. So here is to you to improving your service in all manners. But I don't see it happening.

Our first pizza we ordered was great the 2nd visit was horrible I ordered a club sandwich and hubby linguine and clams for takeout got home fries were under cooked and dumped on top of sandwich ok I can deal with it the we get to the sandwich not only did they use the heel of the bread to make my sandwich but the bread had visible MOLD and the marinara on hubby's linguine was orange and did not taste anything like marinara. Service sucks and people are RUDE and food is not consistent with each visit. Had to return to the restaurant and get a refund extremely disappointed.

Routinely purchase pick up 2x month or more- avg order $50-$80. Paid $1.50 for extra ranch - they gave me none. Went back in to ask for it - they wanted to verify we paid $1.50 and then hesitantly gave 1 cup of ranch for pizza, wings and calzone. Order was $65 total. They used to have good service- since they bought Tailgate, the service had gone down hill, staff are curt and act like it is a burden to help you. Itâs a shame, food is above average. I hope it improves.

We have ordered from this place three times in the last month and each time the pizza was disgusting. Last night, we order plain cheese and asked for the pizza to be crispy please and thank you. It was delivered raw. We drove it back to the restaurant and the owner opened the box and asked what was wrong and kept giving attitude. Asked âwhat do you want me to do? Make you another one? I pay DoorDash, your problem is with DoorDash.â No, your problem is with the customer in front of you that paid for a pizza and received it raw, drove it back to your restaurant, and is receiving attitude like we did something wrong! Even the chef came out and apologized for the raw pizza. DO NOT go here! Youâll get better quality pizza at Little Cesars, Papa Johnâs, or Dominoes. We are originally from NY, we know a good pizza, this is nothing but a complete flop! Absolutely disgusting with horrible service as the topping.
