The delicious chicken has turned nasty. The last 2 times I’ve been there the chicken was hard and dried up. No more for me. This was my last trip!

Had the worst experience tonight 9pm. Walked in a gentleman and a separate couple were in line. The couple placed their order after the gentleman but was served first. They were understaffed. Once I placed my order there was a new- hire who attempted to maje my food without gloves. A slightly more experienced worker made my sandwich. After I sighted it as a health hazard. While doing so the previous guy proceeded to put my fries in a bag eventhough I was dining in. When I asked to speak with the acting lead or manager they only spoke Spanish. While I am Spanish-speaking I did not feel that she was equipped to communicate in her native tongue. What waste of money snd time. They need to work on have a better run operation. Will take a break from fast food venues. Particularly, this one.

Pulled up to the drive through and it took 2 minutes for anyone to even answer. Took another 30 seconds for the cashier to respond between answers. Very slow. Oh and there wasn't any other cars in the drive through

Service was awful. Part of problem was language barrier of servers taking the order.
After waiting for 20 minutes we finally got our order but it was wrong. It took 4 trips to counter to get what was close to what we ordered! Gave up after trip 4 and just ate what they gave us. One plus was food was hot. One customer finally asked for a refund and took their money and left.
Restaurant was very hot. No AC on an 89° day!
This was a One and Done!

I came in with my family and when I ask if there was nuggets, the guy taking the order said no. But I know I've gotten nuggets before? He was sitting down when we came in and just didn't seem.like he wanted to wait on us. Another customer came in and left because he never waited on him. Just ignored him. Not a great wait to keep a business.

If I could give zero stars I would, waited over 39 minutes, for two orders person doesn’t speak a lick of English keep repeating what, at the drive through, if you can’t speak English and can’t follow a customer needs for a order you don’t need to be working in food service, it was no rush period either and hardly any cars in the drive through there’s no excuse for someone to be running drive through orders if they don’t have a clue on what their doing and can’t speak English start hiring people who speak English and can do their jobs correctly, this is the big part on why I don’t go to Popeyes very often I will go anywhere else before I even dare come here, if this doesn’t change, I will be speaking to corporate this is unacceptable.

Went tonight through drive thru. Unfortunately, employee did not speak very good English and did not fully understand
Being on speaker was very difficult. Got food, receipt showed items I did not order, asked to replace, they did, but found it wrong when I arrived home. Also ordered the apple thingy for desert, was not in my bag. The biscuit was hard so could not eat that which was a disappointment. Overall, not a great experience.

Wow just had the worst experience at this place, I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just awful, the woman at the drive thru was super rude and did not wanna take our order. we wanted to order some fries and biscuits to go with our tenders but she was done with us apparently, then I headed to the drive through and one of the employees was taking pictures of us without our concent, needless to say we were very uncomfortable, he didn't explain himself or anything just seemed bizarre. Will not be going back, please stay clear of this location.
